Schedule Details :
Our Activations Call Agents will work one of two assigned shifts. Shift assignments are 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm and 1 : 30pm 9 : 30pm Monday Friday.
Saturdays and Holidays are based on business needs. Sundays Off. Paid training is provided for 4 weeks and is from 9 : 00 am 4 : 00 pm Monday through Friday.
Potential Work from Home opportunities may be available after 120 days and based on performance results.
Additional Responsibilities Include :
Provide engaging customer service in an outbound Call Center
environment.
Call our pre-paid vacation package buyers to assist them with booking travel dates, verifying package details, answering questions and providing any follow up as
needed.
Confirm all travel details associated with each package and provide relevant information about the resorts and amenities to assist guests and future owners in their travel planning
decisions.
Transact payment and fees associated with the original package or any purchase upgrades when
applicable.
Keep accurate log of reservation details on an Excel spreadsheet for production
purposes.

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you are the primary liaison to our customers and the customer follow-up process of incomplete paperwork / monies for contracts and deeding of the client's new purchase.
- Sort and prepare proper order of HGV contract documents to present to new and upgrading owners
- Monitor and record any customer cancelations letters that come into the department. Assist in processing those cancelations
- Prepare file that shows pending contract deals and the total net sales value of each contract.
- Prepare and monitor the Issue Report while communicating / following up with QA manager
- Assist in reviewing all mail out contracts for accuracy prior to being mailed out
- Stock items for the day which can include lifting boxes up to 20 pounds.
- Responsible for inventory and supplies for the quality assurance department
- Assist with various projects and programs that may arise in the general operations of the quality assurance department
- Order any office supplies for the department
- Carry out any reasonable request by management of which the employee can perform.
- Scanning documents and assisting with the resolution of audit issues
- Create, distribute and manage all QA schedules
- Work between sites

POSITION STATEMENT :
Directly responsible for completing the process of booking eligible tours on the phone and face to face and the sale of mini-vacation packages to HGV resorts, which will produce potential revenue.
The Marketing Executive responds to guest requests in a timely manner and represents HGV in a professional manner in all hotel properties where this program is operating.

POSITION SUMMARY :
As a Marketing Executive you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
- Responsible for personal performance metrics on the phone and face to face.
- Meet or go above and beyond for marketing metrics.
- Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as approved or promote a courtesy tour. Executes Strategy
- Champion Hilton quality customer care service throughout all Marketing channels.
- Secure future business through face-to-face POS package sales.
- Distribute only HGV authorized information, collateral, and materials.
- Maintain location operating standards.
- Follow gifting procedures.
SUPPORT GUEST AND CONCIERGE SERVICE DRIVES EXECUTION
- Assist with tour or marketing related issues.
- Confirm appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rate, Aim for Results
- Responsible for ensuring all marketing initiatives are being delivered.
- Build and develop a motivated team environment out in the field.
- Will need to work weekends, holidays, mornings, nights, and any other days / hours as required per business needs.
- Carries out all reasonable requests by management.
- Requires Intermediate Microsoft Office & Operating system knowledge.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a Housekeeper you will be cleaning rooms / suites, which includes : making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, washing dishes, cleaning all appliances, and washing windows / tracks.
You would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards! Your duties will include :
- Greet guests immediately with friendly / sincere acknowledgment.
- Friendly and effective communication with dispatch, Team Members, and guests to ensure the happiness of our guests and owners
- Work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, flexible with spontaneous demands from guests and for business needs
- Follow company philosophies, policies, and procedures and communicate them to appropriate departments
- Clean all assigned units, offices and public areas in compliance with all standards of quality and efficiency and promptly turn in all lost and found items after being accurately tagged and identified
- Ensure resort follows all federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA
- Report any maintenance problems, damage or missing items to proper housekeeping personnel
