In this role, you will be responsible for managing email relationships and collaborating with the digital marketing team, web team and external partners to enhance fundraising, engagement and overall communication efforts for donors and clients.

In addition, you will execute marketing campaign email components and support utilizing Sales Force Marketing Cloud, collect and analyze marketing data, and identify trends and implement changes that will maximize campaign success and overall effectiveness.

You will work closely with the multiple teams enterprise wide to support the goals and mission of Boys Town.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

The marketing automation specialist identifies the problems that can be solved with automation tools.

Collaborates with the digital marketing team on digital campaigns supporting multiple teams across the organization.

Develops and optimizes clear, concise email content in collaboration with writers, fundraisers, subject matter experts and others.

Responsible for email marketing including planning, content development / editing, design and distribution and post-campaign reporting.

Recommends changes and overall improvements to strategy, content, and other factors to improve overall effectiveness.

Responsible for building custom email marketing journeys for prospects, donors, patients and clients primarily through the use of marketing automation.

Once the automation goes live, the marketing automation specialist will refine, test, and optimize the tools to improve engagement metrics such as site traffic, open and click-through rates, lead generation, and ROI.

Researches and analyzes new automation opportunities. Implements testing process to prove effectiveness prior to full implementation.

Stays up to date on new technologies and keep Boys Town at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Position Overview :
