Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service to any individual presenting to the clinic. Communicates in a positive and professional manner with client / guardian on any registration, scheduling or any other issue related to services at Boys Town.
  • Processes incoming phone calls to maintain provider schedules, completes new client intake forms, registers new clients, takes clinical call information, referral requests, answers client questions, and assists with billing and insurance questions.
  • Greets clients as they arrive, verifies, and accurately enters client information into the electronic record system (e.

g. Epic), updates demographic and insurance information, scans insurance cards, collects copays, checks in the client in the electronic record system, and notifies the provider of client arrival.

Confirms legal guardianship status when applicable, obtaining legal guardianship documentation and consents.

Works with Medicaid and third-party insurances to obtain authorization for appropriate authorized services; communicates approved client authorized services to provider.

Obtains and communicates accurate benefit information and eligibility to client and provider.

  • Works with outside community sources to obtain necessary information for services.Scans correspondence and notes in proper location in client electronic record.
  • Starts release of information requests in the electronic health record.
  • Responds to emails, questions, or requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Registers clients in REDCap upon completion of initial appointment.
  • Responsible for opening and closing of the clinic front desk areas, ensuring security of information and the area.
  • Orders forms and office supplies as needed.
  • Monitors client waiting areas to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Organizes books and magazines in the waiting area as needed.
  • Calls clients to confirm appointments as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience preferred including in a multiple provider hospital, clinic, or private environment.

Security Officer

Monitors and ensures safety conditions within Boys Town properties.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Makes regular interior and exterior patrols of Boys Town properties / buildings (to include designated clinics) by walking and / or patrolling in a BT Security Vehicle, to ensure security and safety standards are met and maintained as directed by local policy, post orders, and applicable regulations.

Checks designated areas to detect security violations. Secures doors and windows and monitors for intruders and other unusual conditions.

Observes and reports maintenance needs. Investigates and reports incidents involving personal injury, property damage, theft, and / or vandalism occurring on property or areas under jurisdiction and completes the designated reports.

Communicates with Police Department to report unusual and unsafe conditions.

Investigates security alarms and fire alarms. Assists staff and guests to shelter in the event of severe weather warnings.

Executes evacuation plan in response to fire alarm activity.

Renders routine security assistance to all personnel, i.e., employees, patients and visitors. Escorts personnel to and from vehicles as requested.

Responds to emergency calls, to include Code 10s in the PRTF, by utilizing the nationally recognized personal restraint training model for assistance and taking the appropriate actions.

Confronts unauthorized personnel.

Completes security reports and documentation of appropriate shift activities.

Responsible to clearly, forcefully, and accurately announce overhead emergency management drills and real events following established policies and procedures.

Utilizes Boys Town vehicle to complete requirements of position.

Maintains building access by greeting visitors and completing check in procedures to ensure that security procedures are followed, and that visitors are familiar with and adhere to visitor procedures.

Adhere to the Healthcare Customer Service skills. Coordinates visitor escorts. Issues various keys as well as parking decals to employees and / or contractors.

Performs receptionist duties until the building closes; answers and directs incoming telephone calls. Gives direction to visitors and guests

Acts as a point-of-contact for building maintenance and housekeeping issues and ensures professional appearance of lobby and reception area.

Assists with keeping the property entrances free of trash. Enforces the 'Tobacco Free' Campus policy.

Schedules and completes quarterly safety drills.

Performs general administrative and clerical duties including answering phones, mail distribution, typing correspondence, and data entry.

Ability to perform physical requirements / training and defensive tactics to escort non-Boys Town personnel off the premises.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record and pass an annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required.

Ability to work rotating shifts; including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed required.

Ability to complete and maintain BLS (CPR) certification within 90 days of hire required.

Ability to work at multiple Boys Town property locations required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of six months including administrative work experience preferred.

Minimum of one year experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement preferred.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing email relationships and collaborating with the digital marketing team, web team and external partners to enhance fundraising, engagement and overall communication efforts for donors and clients.

In addition, you will execute marketing campaign email components and support utilizing Sales Force Marketing Cloud, collect and analyze marketing data, and identify trends and implement changes that will maximize campaign success and overall effectiveness.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

The marketing automation specialist identifies the problems that can be solved with automation tools.

Collaborates with the digital marketing team on digital campaigns supporting multiple teams across the organization.

Develops and optimizes clear, concise email content in collaboration with writers, fundraisers, subject matter experts and others.

Responsible for email marketing including planning, content development / editing, design and distribution and post-campaign reporting.

Recommends changes and overall improvements to strategy, content, and other factors to improve overall effectiveness.

Responsible for building custom email marketing journeys for prospects, donors, patients and clients primarily through the use of marketing automation.

Once the automation goes live, the marketing automation specialist will refine, test, and optimize the tools to improve engagement metrics such as site traffic, open and click-through rates, lead generation, and ROI.

Researches and analyzes new automation opportunities. Implements testing process to prove effectiveness prior to full implementation.

Stays up to date on new technologies and keep Boys Town at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
