The successful candidate must have a combination of education and / or experience totaling six years of relevant experience.

Any of the following is acceptable :

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, English, or related discipline plus 2 years of experience
  • An associate degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, English, or related discipline plus 4 years of experience
  • no degree plus 6 years of experience

The ideal candidate will have experience with any / all of the following :

  • Leading proposals, interviews, and strategic direction within the A / E / C industry
  • Transportation infrastructure marketing experience, specifically SF330s
  • Quality assurance and quality control of marketing materials / technical documents
  • Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • CRM databases (Deltek Vision preferred)
  • Working with multiple teams at once while managing tight deadlines
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Writing documents using AP style guidelines and grammar

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Create a best-in-class experience throughout all phases of an email program including : writing copy, building emails, developing automated campaigns, segmenting lists, testing, quality assurance, launching emails, and reporting using our marketing automation system, Marketo.

Summary
