include managing architectural programming, designs, and construction documents services for all sizes of primarily aviation projects;

coordinating multi-disciplinary in-house and sub-consultant team members; and working closely with clients and contractor / developer design / build partners.

  • Project Manager related tasks such as proposing on, interviewing and winning projects; coordinating and leading project teams;
  • building and maintaining strong client relationships; developing scopes, fees, contracts, and subcontracts; tracking and monitoring scopes, schedules, budgets and fees on small to large projects;

scheduling and facilitating team and client meetings; developing and delivering presentations to clients, partners and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).

Travel will be required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have the following :

  • a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in architecture, engineering, or other related field from an accredited college or university
  • at least seven years of relevant experience of which at least two must be at the project manager level
  • if no degree, must have at least eleven years of relevant experience with two being at the project manager level

The ideal candidate will have any / all of the following :

  • Experience leading project pursuits as well as developing pricing and scopes for new proposals
  • Ability to manage small and large projects from scope, schedule, and budget stages
  • Guiding the design of projects to meet client's expectations
  • Ability to develop aviation market contacts and develop / maintain business relationships
  • Professional license or the ability to become licensed within 6 months of hire
