  • Work closely with internal team members to creatively translate data into understandable, high-quality graphics
  • Collaborate with and monitor workflow of internal & external graphic designers, photographers, and graphic vendors to complete projects
  • Ensure development of agreed-upon broker and client expectations, timelines, and milestones with the project team, and ensure management of those expectations, timelines, and milestones throughout the process
  • Communicate and execute successfully in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while managing multiple stakeholder inputs
  • Uphold the C&W brand and provide quality control based on company and team standards (proofreading, graphics standards, production management, etc. )

Qualifications :

  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Requires heavy utilization and expertise in InDesign, and moderate competency in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of marketing, coordination, graphic design, or production experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Marketing preferred, or equivalent formal graphic design training and industry experience
  • Experience supporting a professional services company preferred
  • Commercial real estate industry experience preferred, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to think and design creatively with attention to detail

THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class, fully integrated marketing strategy and programs to drive brand awareness and guest traffic.

As a successful Marketing Manager, you will own creative content capture and strategic execution of social media, collateral and grassroots marketing to establish Citizens Market Food Hall as the premier foodie destination in Atlanta.

The individual will serve as the day-to-day contact for marketing needs for the Citizens Market Atlanta team in all areas of business development, client service, and strategic vision execution.
