Manage client projects through the project lifecycle, ensuring the team meets schedule deadlines and due dates within approved program budgets.

This position is expected to understand the execution needs of client programs, creating campaign timelines and estimates that fit within overarching program schedules and budgets.

Facilitate consistent communication between the Digital & Technology’s Digital Project Management and Account Management teams, assuring the on-time delivery of all client campaigns to ensure they remain on-budget, on-time and on-quality (tactical).

Additionally, the Project Manager is responsible for assuring program deliverables are presented and reviewed at key milestones to ensure all overarching program timelines are met and approvals received.

The Project Manager, when necessary, works closely with vendors / contractors assigned to their projects, managing them within scope and budget, as well as assuring their elements are executed on-quality (tactical) and on-time in support of the overarching campaign deliverables.

An effective problem solver on a day-to-day basis, the Project Manager must be adept at anticipating problems and recognizing opportunities to realize efficiencies and minimize scope creep and budget waste.

  • Works with Digital & Technology Project Management leadership team to align processes as necessary, establish and update SOPs and onboarding materials, find efficiencies and identify and remove process and project blockers

Resource Management 25%

  • Alert Senior Management team, Scrum Master and Marketing Owner of any potential concerns or issues with meeting key client deliverables due to resourcing. 10%
  • Monitor day to day project activities and resourcing, identifying potential instances of under or overutilization and actively work with the creative project management leadership and Agile team to address and solve those issues.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established CLIENT policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
