We are looking for a talented Campaign Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for enterprise and line of business audience segments as well as managing MarTech platforms.
This position will partner closely with the product marketing and integrated marketing teams to conceptualize and plan strategic marketing campaigns and measure goals and objectives aligned with cross-functional teams.
Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Creates campaign elements needed for strategic marketing campaigns
- Execute an ABM campaign strategy with identified target accounts and align content and marketing programs to the customer throughout the sales cycle
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand campaign priorities, strategies that supports all lines of business
- Develop campaign calendars and journeys for all campaign elements within each marketing campaign, including email, digital ads, and direct mail
- Ensures the campaign mix appropriately reflects the strategic priorities from the corporate strategy
- Identifies content assets required to support campaign strategies and partner with Content Marketing to drive production of assets
- Evaluates and measures performance of all campaigns against defined KPIs, and provides feedback and recommendations to marketing team members
- Provides and implements industry best practices for strategic, multi-channel campaigns
- Acquire and apply market, competitive, and customer insights to inform marketing plans and strategies
- Track feedback and monitor industry trends to ensure campaign relevancy, measure performance and adjust marketing accordingly
- Operate marketing technology at an admin level
What we're looking for
Basic Qualifications
- BA in Marketing or 7+ years of equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Multi-channel campaign experience (email / web / displays)
- 3+ years of Demandbase / HubSpot experience - Preferred
- 3+ years of campaign marketing experience (Healthcare Industry a plus)
- 3+ years of Account Based Marketing (ABM) - Preferred
- Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly

The pay range for this position is $82,700.00 - $118,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

- Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives, project metrics and new strategies
Qualifications :
- 6+ years of experience in the marketing field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or similar. Comparable work experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Strong brand development and digital strategy experience
- Must be a team player, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, especially with website development, Microsoft Office, email marketing, etc.
