- Builds visually appealing and informative client reports on Smartsheet
- Builds relationships with internal and external staff to ensure client expectations are being met
- Understands client reporting needs, designs and writes complex queries to address client recurring and adhoc reporting needs

The Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of pharmacy technicians to decision prior authorizations and answer phone calls for the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM).
The supervisor will also be responsible for coaching, training, and monitoring the performance of the team to ensure they meet performance standards and company expectations.

Your role in our mission
Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting;
ensures accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversees the compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data such as earnings, profits, cash balances, and other financial results to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards accuracy.

Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.

Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Performs highly complex financial analyses including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling; develops and implements capitalization methods, and reviews journal entries to meet business needs.
- Collects budget, midyear forecast and other financial information; interprets, summarizes, and uploads forecast information to financial systems to provide information about profit and loss;
may provide budget assistance to other department management.
Analyzes budget, midyear forecast and other financial information and prepares presentations with recommendations to senior management and corporate office;
communicates with management and the corporate office regarding financial issues.
- Develops financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract / program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
- Forecasts accurate and timely cash flow projections, sales projections, and expense projections to ensure that business needs are met.
- Assists department managers with the budgeting process by working with department managers through the development process of each budget.

We are looking for a talented Campaign Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning and implementing strategic account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for enterprise and line of business audience segments as well as managing MarTech platforms.
This position will partner closely with the product marketing and integrated marketing teams to conceptualize and plan strategic marketing campaigns and measure goals and objectives aligned with cross-functional teams.

- Creates campaign elements needed for strategic marketing campaigns
- Execute an ABM campaign strategy with identified target accounts and align content and marketing programs to the customer throughout the sales cycle
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand campaign priorities, strategies that supports all lines of business
- Develop campaign calendars and journeys for all campaign elements within each marketing campaign, including email, digital ads, and direct mail
- Ensures the campaign mix appropriately reflects the strategic priorities from the corporate strategy
- Identifies content assets required to support campaign strategies and partner with Content Marketing to drive production of assets
- Evaluates and measures performance of all campaigns against defined KPIs, and provides feedback and recommendations to marketing team members

OH SPBM Call Center Manager
Summary
The Call Center Manager will oversee a primarily in-bound, call center and a Clinical Prior Authorization Center serving the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
Call center representatives respond to provider and member inquiries. The manager will monitor KPIs and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
They will instill a culture of quality improvement and invest in staff development.
Your role in our mission
- Manages the SPBM’s dedicated call center team by overseeing hiring, training, staff recognition, and performance evaluation and management.
- Fully engages in real-time performance monitoring to facilitate achievement of service level agreement requirements.
- Ensures all policies and procedures are up to date.
- Ensures inquiries and issues are researched and resolved in compliance with state-defined policies, procedures, and criteria.
- Ensures clinical, operational, and experiential standards.
- Coordinates with Quality personnel to facilitate quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensures staff are initially trained and works with the Training Coordinator to assess ongoing training needs. Approves content.
- Recommends staffing adjustments based on historical trends or current trend trajectory.
- Develops useful management and client reports.
- Liaise with subject matter experts regarding industry best practices, process improvement and customer service to maintain state-of-the-art Contact Center.
- Meets regularly with client regarding contractual requirement updates.
- Escalates matters to the state, when warranted.
- Other duties as assigned / required.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Insurance, Healthcare or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Prior management experience required.
- 1-2 years of managed care, insurance, or pharmacy benefit management call center experience required.
- Pharmacy experience required.
- Medicaid experience preferred.
