Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Responsible for the media agency and executing the media plan.
  • Responsible for the digital agency, working with them to manage and update all digital assets and campaigns.
  • Reports on Dashboard statistics, updates, and manages reporting
  • Creates marketing plan for new centers and providers
  • Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
  • Works with the creative agency on delivering campaigns, materials, and promo items.
  • Works closely with the sales team to provide the right support and tools for them to market and grow the centers.
  • Supports the centers with marketing materials and tools to keep patients engaged.
  • Builds different marketing assets
  • Manages Sales Agent Communication, creates the newsletter, manages the database, and ensures it grows daily, and monthly.
  • Work with a third-party partner to build storefronts for centers and an internal team to order materials and marketing supplies.
  • Manages the Social media community content, replies to comments, and creates / updates postings regularly
  • Works with the agency on online listings and management
  • Works with the agency on online reputation, works to improve, center and provider ratings.
  • Develops and manages Internal marketing newsletter
  • Manages marketing budget, reconciliation, and forecasting.
  • Processes invoicing and payment of bills for the department

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough understanding of services offered to members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Thorough understanding of social media and digital marketing principles and methods used to promote the company and attract new member enrollments.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree in Business area highly preferred.

Minimum of five years of work experience in Marketing, Sales, Marketing in Healthcare, and / or Digital Marketing. Successful record of sales leadership experience in the medical sales industry;

or a combination of education and work experience. Experience with Office Savvy, SharePoint, and CRMs highly preferred. Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
