Job Role and Responsibility : Xilinx, Inc., a subsidiary of AMD, Inc., is hiring Product Marketing Managers to develop outbound marketing strategy, sales, customer marketing collateral development, and all promotional activities.
Lead all aspects of new product introduction both internally with all factory stakeholders and externally by interfacing directly with customers and sales teams worldwide.
Connect with customers to understand and champion the user experience. Understand commercial buyer / user personas and develop targeting plans to drive growth.
Develop sales tools and enablers that support buyer and customer journey (e.g., presentations training video content, product / solution guides, blogs, media briefings, trainings, etc.
Understand competitive environment for product development. Work with related cross-functional teams, including engineering, technical marketing, customer training and marcom.
Utilize knowledge of complex EDA tool flows and explain it to sales and customers. Represent Xilinx in industry conferences and thought leadership activities.
Track and report to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on marketing plan results and successes.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to execute and measure marketing activities that support pipeline and growth of our North America channel partner program.
The Marketing Manager will work with our global marketing, digital, channel, sales and product teams, and report directly to the North America Marketing Director.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative marketer who is highly organized, responsive, and results focused.
What you’ll do in this role
- Manage our U.S. marketing store, including selecting and maintaining inventory, working closely with our fulfillment vendor to ensure excellent service for our partners, developing and analyzing sales reports, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and building out additional products and services.
- Manage and grow our digital partner portal by building valuable content (sales materials, nurture campaigns, social assets, etc.
developing and owning our partner communication plan, managing metrics reports, and working cross-functionally with our internal teams to deliver a best-in-class partner platform.
- Help plan and manage our U.S. events, conferences, and sponsorships by identifying opportunities, coordinating participants, and overseeing deliverables.
- Work with key contributors to maintain and grow our library of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, infographics, photography and videos.
What you’ll need to have
- 7+ years in a marketing role, with demonstrated project management experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing automation tools
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work
Preferred qualifications
- Channel marketing and communication experience
- Demand generation and lead nurture experience
- Data analysis skills and a passion for understanding patterns and trends

As a Copywriter on Western Digital’s Product Marketing team, your primary responsibility will be to develop content and copy for consumer-focused marketing initiatives.
By collaborating with the team, you will create strategic and creative concepts that motivate the target audience and help sales teams achieve their goals.
You must feel comfortable writing for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, social, paid ads, and more. As part of your role, you will apply best practices within copy across mediums, ensuring that all content adheres to SEO standards for digital.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be expected to produce quality work with a short turnaround time, managing one-off tasks and long-term projects.

Compelling presentation skills
