Job Role and Responsibility : AMD, Inc. is hiring Finance Analysts to provide planning strategies and forecasting activities to predict quarterly spending.
Provide Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) support of current quarter, current year, and long-range plan P&L planning & forecasting activities that support major business decisions and overall financial health.
Provide OPEX (operating expenses) support by working closely with various finance teams as business partner to support functional expense, budgeting and forecasting activities, analysis of expenses and ensure quarterly spending within budget.
Prepare and provide ad hoc financial reports as required. Utilize knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices, analysis and reporting of financial data, mathematics, computers and electronics, financial modeling and analysis, and financial planning and reporting.

The Product Manager plays a key role within AMD organization, responsible for end-to-end product strategy, planning and management for the Business Unit including financial analysis and forecasting, program and lifecycle management, product planning and strategy.

THE ROLE :
We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant who is high energy and thrives in a constantly evolving business environment.
In this role, you will partner with other executive assistants and interact with various levels of management, customers and employees, assisting our NA Commercial Sales leaders (2 Senior Directors and their teams) manage day to day priorities.

THE PERSON :
The ideal candidate will have significant experience navigating a complex C-Suite environment and be comfortable interacting with employees of all levels.
To be successful, you will need strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to gather information and make decisions independently.
Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the executive is essential as you prioritize time, schedules, inquiries and information.
Ideally having worked within a global Sales environment, with a great sense of urgency, and comfortable moving at a fast pace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Own the executive calendar; Prioritize appointments as necessary; Coordinate major offsite meetings and executive travel
- Arrange domestic and international travel schedule and reservations; Prepare expense reports and ensure submission in a timely fashion
- Interface with members of the management team, customers, and other executive visitors; Redirect inquiries and problems to staff members for response and resolution as necessary
- Review and answer mail and inquiries and determine if executive action is required
- Exercise judgment and initiative with high degree of flexibility
- Set up and maintain propriety files and record retention schedules
- Obtain, assemble and analyze information and data from a wide variety of sources in order to prepare reports, agendas and correspondence
- Order and maintain inventory of departmental supplies; Coordinate necessary equipment or facilities repairs or changes
- Support the department's financial processes, including budgets, contracts, purchase orders, payments, vendor relations, etc.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
- Direct work experience supporting executive-level leaders, preferably in a fast-paced Sales environment
- Proven experience of executive administrative support at a senior level
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to use a variety of sophisticated office automation tools and software, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, SAP
- Ability to collaborate with different levels of management, customers, and employees to exchange information and take appropriate action
