We’re hiring for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to bring our Real Estate Team to the next level. As a member of our marketing and administrative team, you’ll assist the company owners, and admin team with the implementation and execution of social media and marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, social media, administrative duties, real estate errands, recruiting, and marketing outreach.

The ideal candidate should be a great communicator who loves social media, and who is driven and highly detail-oriented.

Able to balance creativity with structure and can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life. This is an in-office position.

Compensation :

$40,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Post social media content, web content, blogs, and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals
  • Taking Instagram Reels
  • Assist with filming social media and training
  • Regularly update social media and respond to followers
  • Support our marketing efforts in executing campaign plans through communication, digital, and advertising strategies
  • Assist with Team Events
  • Assist with website management
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
  • Assist with marketing outreach including text messages, emails, social media direct messages, and direct mailings
  • Assist team with letting inspectors into homes, and dropping off lock boxes
  • Assist with any team administrative tasks
  • Use Real Estate, and administrative software such as Chime, ClickUp, Sisu, Planet re, Google Workspace
  • Assist with recruiting (text, direct message, calls, pull lists)

Qualifications :

  • Must have experience with Social Media
  • Must have marketing experience
  • Some Real Estate experience preferred
  • Real estate license preferred (or be willing to become licensed)
  • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
