Our company is looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to help us prepare, develop, and execute our marketing strategies, as well as to improve our promotional efforts by conducting market research, developing marketing deliverables, and monitoring campaign performance.
The Junior Marketing Manager position is a valued member of our team in all departments. The position is considered entry level and will begin during training, which will include a thorough overview of basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research.
After completing each department successfully, an individual would be considered a team-lead in the marketing department and would progress to an executive Marketing Management position.
The entry-level Marketing Manager reports to the Executive Marketing Manager directly.
Junior Marketing Manager Responsibilities :
- Assisting in the daily development and growth of assigned campaigns
- Assisting with customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Managing the needs of external customers expertly
- Developing strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Retail promotional campaigns are used to increase sales.
- Increase brand awareness through local events and experiential marketing.
- Along with the Brand Ambassador teams, strategize, execute, and manage.
- Customer interaction and communication
- Assist marketing and advertising associates and senior staff with client-specific projects.
Desired Knowledge and Skills for the Junior Marketing Manager :
- 1-2 years of marketing or sales experience or training preferred, but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate.
- Customer service or other people-oriented experience is preferred.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and project management abilities
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
