Armasight is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to execute our Holistic Marketing Strategy for Armasight brand of products.
You will support efforts to create brand awareness and demand for products offered in varied market channels, including ecommerce, traditional retail, and direct-to-consumer, utilizing digital and traditional marketing avenues in line with the established goals and strategy.
The Marketing Manager will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Marketing, working together to achieve key business objectives and goals.
The Marketing Managers responsibilities include supporting the Director of Marketing to achieve established goals, directly managing internal and external resources (including agencies, independent contractors and brand ambassadors, etc.
analyzing performance of marketing efforts, reporting and analyzing key KPIs and OKRs. Participating in company events and tradeshows.
Supporting marketing channel activities with industry publishers, on social media and webservices tools (reviews, email campaigns, blogs, and internal / external documentation).
As well as providing support for internal teams like (Gov, B2B Sales, Production and Customer Service).
Marketing Manager Requirements :
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with 1+ years directly managing a team and marketing agencies.
- Proven track record of achieving marketing objectives for consumer product brands, preferably in Optics, Firearm Accessories, Shooting Sports, Hunting, Outdoors, or other related markets.
- Experience working in ecommerce and a deep understanding of brand / growth marketing to B2B, B2G and DTC.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and achieving results in a budget-conscious fashion.
- Multi-task projects effectively with conflicting timelines.
- Exemplary organization and communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (travel not to exceed 20% of time).

- Ensure marketing efforts align with brand vision and creative direction.
A successful Marketing Manager must be able to work closely with each respective team member of multiple Business Units to address Marketing needs, while optimally utilizing internal and external resources to achieve results in the most cost-effective way.
