ROLE OVERVIEW :

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of social media and other digital marketing initiatives.

This position plays a key role in the company's success. It reports directly to the VP of Marketing and includes frequent interaction with the Leadership Team and the CEO.

This position will be based in our Towson headquarters with occasional visits to our Lutherville store. A hybrid schedule will be offered after the in-office training period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Analyze the company's digital marketing and social media strategy, identify strategic strengths / weaknesses, make recommendations for improvements and execute on approved recommendations
  • Create and implement measurable marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase customer acquisition, conversion, and growth tied to goals
  • Improve the design, UX, traffic and content of websites
  • Work in collaboration with the Director of Digital Analytics and team to drive organic search ranking results as well as growth in leads and conversions.
  • Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities
  • Set, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for engagement and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs
  • Develop AB testing for social media posts and evaluate content, time of day and days of week, etc. to determine what generates the most interactions / engagements
  • Manage social media channels for the Senior Helpers brand and franchisees, including scheduling of posts across all social media channels
  • Content creation to include website pages, social media posts, etc.
  • Manage content changes on the brand and franchisee websites
  • Oversee management of online review and reputation management platforms
  • Work collaboratively with agency partners
  • Promote positive relations with all franchise owners, vendor partners and staff
  • Additional tasks and projects as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field AND inimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in digital marketing
  • Experience working with franchise or multi-location business units preferred
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, PPC, marketing database, and social media advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including presentation and listening skills)
  • High energy level; positive attitude , confidence, integrity, professionalism and self-motivation
  • Team orientation; ability to work with peers from other departments
  • The ability to problem-solve, execute, and communicate complex messages to diverse audiences with a high degree of autonomy

SOFTWARE Experience :

  • Working knowledge of Processwire, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management system (CMS)
