Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our Brand Strategy & Activation team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of internal and external marketing programs which bring our global brand strategy to life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and measure high-impact marketing programs designed to activate strategic brand messaging and achieve measurable business objectives
  • Partner with channel marketing managers and their teams globally to ensure the optimization of branded programs / assets across a variety of channels, including Web, Social, Email, Events, and Paid Media
  • Support Head of Brand Marketing in project management and execution of key strategic brand projects; maintain project plan and coordinate with global partners to execute
  • Develop and maintain global brand marketing plan and activity calendar
  • Assist in the creative process (brief creation, creative development, and agency coordination) as it relates to brand marketing initiatives
  • Assume ownership and accountability of ensuring brand assets, content, and campaigns are kept up-to-date and remain relevant across the paid, owned, and earned ecosystem
  • Track the success of campaign activity to report and optimize on an ongoing basis
  • Regularly report on and convey the success of campaign activity to relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with colleagues in EMEA and APAC to ensure regional business and brand needs / challenges are understood and inform global decision-making
  • Assume oversight of the brand research function and management of brand research associate : monitor and analyze market trends, audiences and competitive activity and uncover (and communicate) actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making
  • Establish infrastructure to share insights regularly with the global marketing department
  • Contract management, invoicing, and budget tracking

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Financial, and / or Liberal Arts
  • 5-10 years of brand or client-side marketing experience in one of the following roles required : brand manager, marketing manager, or campaign manager.

Preference is given to those with financial services or investment management industry experience

  • Strong knowledge of all facets of marketing, from insights through communication and results
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to multi-task and manage a large number of ongoing initiatives, aligning cross-functional partners and delivering results
  • Knowledge of emerging marketing tactics and strategies
  • Ability to analyze data to identify takeaways and opportunities for optimization and present these findings to stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus.

Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.

The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.

Salary Range : $ 102,500.00 - $ 138,500.00
