Role Summary
PIMCO is seeking an experienced, hardworking, and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives in the U.
S. Wealth Management space. It is a role critical to our client engagement strategy, requiring proficiency in digital marketing and a deep understanding of channel marketing and asset management distribution.
You will have the opportunity to digitally shape a premier client experience and undertake other exciting digital efforts in concert with our existing MarTech roadmap and channel engagement model.
Critical areas of ownership, collaboration, and execution include :
- Strategic vision for PIMCO's U.S. investor and advisor websites, partnering with content strategy and product management to develop a data- and value-driven approach to inform new web content
- Email marketing strategy, including growing utilization of marketing automation and increasing personalized communications
- Client Journeys crafted to reach clients in the right place at the right time with the right message
- Cohesive digital campaigns across search, social, email, and web for U.S. wealth management clients, in alignment with channel and integrated marketing strategies
- Digital client nurture, lead management, and acquisition

Reporting to the Head of U.S Global Wealth Management Marketing, the ideal candidate will combine a client-centric mindset, technical knowledge (Google platforms, marketing automation, CRM, marketing analytics, sales enablement, etc.
and a keen understanding of distribution processes. This role is a lynchpin between certain global marketing functions (primarily Global Digital and Integrated Marketing) and the U.
S. Global Wealth Management marketing team.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with marketing colleagues, business leadership, and other stakeholders to develop a digital strategy and roadmap
- Set up a process for incorporating feedback from clients and business stakeholders, as well as keeping up with industry best practices, to keep our digital roadmap informed and evolved
- Partner with marketing technology to ensure feature development across tools and platforms aligns with strategic priorities and vision
- Project manage individual digital initiatives, including all aspects of campaigns - technical execution, testing, KPI setting, and success tracking

Responsibilities

- Regularly report on and convey the success of campaign activity to relevant stakeholders
- Partner with colleagues in EMEA and APAC to ensure regional business and brand needs / challenges are understood and inform global decision-making
- Assume oversight of the brand research function and management of brand research associate : monitor and analyze market trends, audiences and competitive activity and uncover (and communicate) actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making
- Establish infrastructure to share insights regularly with the global marketing department
- Contract management, invoicing, and budget tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Financial, and / or Liberal Arts
- 5-10 years of brand or client-side marketing experience in one of the following roles required : brand manager, marketing manager, or campaign manager.
Preference is given to those with financial services or investment management industry experience
- Strong knowledge of all facets of marketing, from insights through communication and results
- Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to multi-task and manage a large number of ongoing initiatives, aligning cross-functional partners and delivering results
- Knowledge of emerging marketing tactics and strategies
- Ability to analyze data to identify takeaways and opportunities for optimization and present these findings to stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus.
Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors.
The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range : $ 102,500.00 - $ 138,500.00
