Our client seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be process-driven, focused on continuous improvement, and able to communicate effectively at every level of the organization.

Location- Near Wichita, KS

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve operational problems to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees to ensure understanding and compliance with established processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of new product launches and production line changes.
  • Work with maintenance and equipment teams to ensure proper equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to ensure products meet or exceed customer requirements.

Requirements / Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field (IE or ME.) is required.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Team-oriented with a belief in collaboration.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members to ensure success.
  • Process-driven and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong communicator, verbally and in writing, at every level of the organization.
  • Comfortable setting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications :
