Summary : Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a 4-year engineering degree and prior experience in creating processes and procedures to support the current ME team in implementing new equipment.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., BSME or Industrial Technology).
- Prior experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably with a focus on creating processes and procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Support the current Manufacturing Engineering team in implementing processes and procedures for new equipment.
- Develop operation method sheets to document the steps involved in operating the equipment.
- Create preventative maintenance documentation to ensure the equipment is properly maintained.
- Identify and set up spare parts to be stocked, coordinating with the appropriate teams and setting up the inventory in the SAP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new equipment and processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to processes and procedures.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing engineering techniques.
- Provide timely and effective communication and reporting to the management team.

More on the administrative side of Engineering than hands-on. (Current ME resources are all focused on getting new machines into production and programming parts as well as supporting current production above normal volumes.
This position will be creating the documentation listed to help these current ME resources.)
MUST be self-motivated and have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel especially). ALSO WILL STAND OUT if the candidate has previous manufacturing engineering experience creating processes and procedures.
All degrees in Engineering welcomed, but not required. Recent grads are ok.
