Operations Manager/Manufacturing Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations / Manufacturing Manager to lead our Aseptic Beverage Facility located in Southern Wisconsin.
As an Operations / Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production facility, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining strict quality control standards.
This is a critical leadership role that requires strong operational expertise, excellent people management skills, and a proven track record of success in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the entire plant operation, overseeing all aspects of production, quality, safety, maintenance, and personnel management.
- Develop and implement production plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve operational targets, including production volumes, cost control, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and industry standards.
- Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations and timely production schedules.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and proactively address any production-related issues or concerns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing regular updates on plant performance, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements / Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Operations / plant management, preferably in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on aseptic beverage production.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic processing, filling, and packaging technologies, as well as regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.).
- Experience using Aseptic Manufacturing or UHT with Low Acid and Dairy
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and mentor employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
