- You pride yourself on working well with team members and providing guidance / leadership to them About Stone Center* Established in 1952, Stone Center is a provider and fabricator of Natural Stone Products* We have two fabrication shops in Ohio, one in Cincinnati and one in Columbus* We primarily fabricate Indiana Limestone and the majority of our projects are in Ohio, but have branched out to the Midwest in recent years* There are 25 full time employees between the two locations Responsibilities include, but are not limited to* Interacting with walk in customers on a daily basis and assisting outside sales team.
Have limited knowledge of stone? Our team is here to support you in sharpening your knowledge in the stone industry.* The support of the entire team, you would be behind the scenes supporting the team in every aspect of their jobs.
- Enjoy data entry and processing orders in the system, you would be the subject matter expert in the office for all processes and procedures.
- This business is fast paced as we are supporting construction projects. There will be busy times throughout the year and we are always expecting the unexpected* Collaborate with other key players within the Stone Center teamRequirements* Minimum 5 years of Customer Service or administrative experience required* Must be able to work in the office

Requirements (include, but not limited to) :
HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
Minimum of at least 1 year of management experience (preferably in a high volume Fast Food and / or Quick Casual concept)
Flexibility to work 50 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

The Midwest Regional Sales Manager is responsible for profitable sales growth of fluid control solutions and products through a multi-channel sales strategy primarily through regional distributors.
This individual understands the importance of differentiating value, product sales using consultative selling techniques of our product features & business capabilities to modify products or systems to meet customer& product or application needs.
Regional Sales Manager Pay : Base Salary $150K, 30% annual bonus possible

Work Schedule : Monday through Fridays, some weekends. Travel Required, 40-70% depending on work base
Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate all sales activities in the designated region of our products & services.

The Product Manager is responsible for determining the business strategy for each of the Medical, Laboratory and Industrial Markets.
Initial business and marketing strategies will be determined based on customer needs, competition, and market potential.
Product Managers are responsible for : .
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
