General Description and Classification Standards
Perform semi-skilled construction and / or maintenance in support of a wide variety of building and grounds maintenance and building projects.
Operate hand and power tools, light to medium construction equipment, test and measurement equipment, etc. Generally works as a part of a work crew, but may work independently or lead a crew.
Work is performed in cooperation with skilled trades' employees, equipment operators, technicians, or crew supervisors.

- Works with supervisor to prioritize and complete assigned work orders in an efficient and effective manner. Works in a safe and organized manner to ensure safety for self, crew and the public and to complete assignments correctly and on time.
- Maintains a safe and organized work area; stores tools; collects scrap and leftover materials; performs general maintenance tasks for buildings, maintaining cleanliness and general readiness.
- Performs general maintenance tasks for grounds maintenance on DWM properties, including the removal of fallen tree limbs and debris;
mowing the grass; sweeping the sidewalks; drain gates, etc., blows debris from worksite.
- Weeds, prunes, and maintains flower beds and shrubs, applying fertilizer and other chemicals necessary for growth.
- Paints and repair's walls to include drywall and wallpaper.
- Repairs or assembles furniture and other office or outdoor equipment.
Leadership Provided
Routinely provides work group leadership, guidance, and / or training to less experienced staff. May lead or instruct less experienced workers in standard building and grounds maintenance activities.

Maintenance Manager
The Plant Maintenance Manager coordinates major maintenance initiatives such as : planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain plant equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient manner commensurate with good engineering practices.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Accountable for maintenance of production equipment and facilities.
- Develop, maintain and administer an organization qualified to maintain all equipment and facilities.

Job Requirements :
- B.S. degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical preferred), and 8-10 years of experience in related field with background and experience in engineering and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Demonstrated ability in planning and organizing, controlling, coordinating and directing a Maintenance Department.
- At least 5 years of experience as maintenance manager in manufacturing and or food industry.
- Strong organization and leadership skills.
- Experience in the food industry is strongly preferred Knowledge of process-packaging-service equipment
- Must possess a balance of the technical, human relations and conceptual skills required to achieve results through subordinate supervision.
- Must be capable of evaluating and weighing alternatives, establishing relative priorities and formulating decisions that affect all phases of the operation.

Qualifications :
Education : High School or equivalent required.

The right person has Injection Molding Maintenance experience with a maintenance or robotic background. This role is responsible for Predictive, Preventative, and reactive maintenance on molding machines and Fanuc robots.

Second and Third shift has a 1.25 / hr shift differential added. There is also a $1000 retention bonus after 90 days.
Open positions on 2nd and 3rd shift
- 2nd shift : Monday-Friday 2pm-11pm
- 3rd Shift : Monday-Friday 10pm-7am
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Adhere to all state and federal OSHA codes and regulations
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations
- Maintain plant equipment and facilities
- Complete of preventive maintenance work orders
- Complete of corrective work orders

- Willing and able to do the physical requirements listed

The position : The Maintenance Technician / Service Technician is responsible to ensure that all vacated apartments are safely and thoroughly restored to "make ready" status according to the manager's timetable.

The pay : The anticipated pay for this maintenance technician opportunity is up to $25 an hour plus monthly bonuses and competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders
- Ensure all work orders are responded to within 24 - 48 hours
- Repair and improve all units prior to residents move in date
- Maintain pool and understand basic pool care (chemical readings, making chemical adjustments, and back-washing etc.
- Basic carpentry skills
- Can safely operate the following equipment; power washer, backpack blower, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaner and sweepers
- Maintain grounds by removing debris and trash
- Reports supply needs to Service Manager and or Property Manager and maintain shop organization
- Ability to be on call for after-hours emergencies
Qualifications
