Summary
Onsite in San Antonio, The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management .
Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his / her assigned functional area.
The ideal candidate will have large fleet experience managing drivers.

As a key member of the team, the International Logistics Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the strategic sourcing strategy.

- Partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, EH&S and Quality teams to map and address critical requirements.

- Ensure all BOLs are completed for Juniper and Clear Design for all LTLs and FTLs
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is organized and filed
- Coordinate with Procurement on all incoming shipments to ensure all back orders are fulfilled on time
- Ensure all warehouse shipments are created for the week
- Create and maintain a report on shipments, costs, and timelines
- Consolidate shipments in order to save shipment cost using shipping board
- Ensure all BOL are attached to the correct shipments prior to loading the carriers
- Add / create license plates for incoming shipments
- Report discrepancies on incoming products
- Receive all items and put-away in BC
- Deliver all mail to required personnel
- Maintain the FedEx Log receipts
- Ensure all electronic communications sent to Shipping and Receiving Department is answered in a timely manner
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
