Position : Janitorial Project Manager
EPSI Worx is looking for an experienced Janitorial Project Manager to assist with Facilities Contracts. This includes but is not limited to initial site visits, cost evaluations, staff management, contract evaluations, safety evaluations, and additional project management responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with CEO and Sales Team
- Provide oversight of assigned contract areas
- Train and supervise all staff, including training, scheduling, and coordinating staff and duties to meet requirements of contract.
- Administers corporate personnel policies in accordance with client contracts.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and respond to customer inquiries / requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure contractual compliance through surveillance, audits, and hands on inspections of work and taking immediate action when work is not completed to standards.
- Ensure adherence to Quality Control and Safety Plans. Work with the Director of Operations on issues and concerns pertaining to the established goals.
- Additional duties will be assigned as needed

Night Shift Shop Janitorial Helper
Night Shift Shop Janitorial Helper (Temp-to-Hire) Pay : $11.50-$13.00 + $1.00 for every hour worked for night shift Location : Houston 77032 Shift : 2 : 30pm-11pm, 4 : 30pm-2 : 30am, or 6pm-6am (depending on need) Gather trash, take it to the dumpster(s) Sweep shop and shavings around the machines and put them in the proper recycle bins.
Clean machines when needed. Move material around as needed. Some grinding for deburring of metal products using a portable electric grinder, sanding paper, etc.
Some light touch-up painting. Gather and recycle the used absorbent pads (oils and waters from machines), used hydraulic oils / waters from machines, grinding sludge from machines.
Place material in 55-gallon drums for staging before pick up. Must be safety conscious and wear appropriate gloves and PPE.
Steel toe boots required. Be willing to assist other night shift employees and lear new tasks. Have the ability to move around the entire facility (front office and shop) through out the shift.

Janitorial/Facilities Staff- 2nd Shift
Janitorial Staff (Full-Time) Second Shift Schedule (Monday Friday; 10 : 00am 6 : 30pm) Flexibility with the work schedule and the ability to work any shift during hours of operation is required.
Hours of operation and schedules are subject to change and may require early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays or late night shifts.
Position Summary : Performs all tasks involved in the building maintenance. This includes performing a variety of housekeeping, janitorial, and building maintenance duties.
Follows standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Responsibilities : The responsibilities of the Janitorial Staff will consist of but are not limited to the following : Under general supervision, maintains the appearance of the facility, inside and outside, and daily inspection, collection and removal of all trash Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness of all public and common areas of the property Sweep and maintain all common areas, stairwells and in front of employee entrances as needed in assigned areas Load, unload, and stock supplies such as water coolers, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, drinks, etc.
Mop all spills immediately when reported and when necessary Clean and wipe down any safety equipment around the facility Responsible for janitorial duties such as cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, stocking all paper products in restrooms Cleaning fixtures to include hand washers, toilets, urinals, toilet stalls, mirrors, etc.
Vacuum and empty trash receptacles including recycling materials in all office and common areas of building Clean and maintain lunch room areas including emptying trash, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping counter tops, coffee bar area, cupboards, tables, and all vending machines Maintain a clean and safe work environment and report any damaged equipment or safety hazards immediately to supervisor Performs additional job responsibilities as needed Qualifications : Experience in janitorial and building maintenance Must possess the ability to work independently and in a team environment Must possess the ability to interact with and maintain a positive relationship with all personnel Flexibility and ability to follow instructions is a must Bilingual a plus Must be able to work flexible schedule, including events and special projects Other Duties : This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing or activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Janitor. As a Janitor, Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is desirable but not required.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in various areas. Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.

This position includes a base salary plus 10%-20% commission of the net profit on new accounts / clients brought or acquired by the new Operations Manager.
For example, if the net profit of a new account / client is $1000 / month, the Operations Manager will keep $100-$200 of that monthly recurring profit.
This only applies to accounts brought entirely by the Op Manager.
It will also include a 20% commission on any work that was upsold to current customers by the Operations Manager.
