KBS is hiring immediately for motivated housekeeping individuals that love to clean and have a high attention to detail. The Cleaner will perform general cleaning and upkeep for a large distribution center, retail store, or commercial building.
Individuals in these janitorial positions will ensure the building, grounds, and equipment are in a clean, orderly, and functional condition.
These are hourly, non-exempt, positions.
Work Schedule : Mon - Fri and available weekends
Pay Rate : $12.00
Summary of duties :
- Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
- Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
- Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all areas of the site.
- Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles.
- Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.

To perform all work duties safely, as well as maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture.

Tasks :
Responsible for ensuring that office work areas, cafeteria and rest rooms are clean and orderly.
Responsible for ensuring that supplies are ordered and acceptable inventories are maintained.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.

Requirements :

Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for a general housekeeper to support Willowbrook Mall in Houston, Texas.
Pay Rate : $13.50 per Hour
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean / maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting).
- Clean / maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass / mirror / window cleaning, metal / wood polishing).
- Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas).
- Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
Position Requirements
- Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.
- Physical requirements of the job consist of lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing, and walking.

Katy Part Time Janitor/Cleaner Position Evenings

- Education : It is preferred that the Custodian have training in the custodial field.

Extra assignment available on Saturday evening or anytime Sunday for 4 hours
