Position Overview:

TI&SC Innovative Capabilities Solutions Architect plays a critical role in activating and operationalizing the TI&SC, global capabilities strategy across the TI&SC enterprise. This role ensures practical and systemic delivery, actionable and effective metrics and continuous improvements as we deliver today’s business results and tomorrow’s growth projections. TI&SC Innovative Capabilities Solutions Architect will lead, defining, piloting and executing the platforms, processes, systems and tools for TI&SC capabilities.  This role will ensure consistent look and feel across TI&SC training inventory, ensure platform for curatable, always on content across TI&SC.  The Solutions Architect will ensure sustainable and systemic learning and development and Capabilities via templates and tools to create and maintain dynamic playbooks, active and current knowledge repositories. This role is critical in bringing our networked ways of working to life by identifying and scaling best practices/solutions and reducing effort duplication and create a consistent expereince across the TI&SC organization.  Critical partnerships for the above will be with Platform services, Learning Develop and Learning Operations.  The TI&SC Innovative Capabilities Solutions Architect also plays a critical role in TI&SC people and culture. This role will own the annual Growth Expo and be lead advisor and active coach for the TI&SC Culture Taskforce and partner heavily with HR for this work. 

Key Expectations:

Strategic Enterprise TI&SC Capabilités Tools

  • Own strategic relationship with Platform services, learning operations, etc to ensure TI&SC capabilities have best fit, form, function tools to meet needs of today and future

  • Own TI&SC training inventory platform/tool to house all content, enable assessments, curation

  • Own playbook template format and process/best practices to ensure updated playbooks across key, TI&SC strategic areas. Own creations and upkeep of key TI&SC playbooks.

  • Own portions of budget areas as needed (memberships, etc)

Lead Critical TI&SC People and Capabilities

  • Own, lead, plan and execute Growth Expo, TI&SC’s largest, annual people event

Summary

TI&SC Emerging Capabilities Director plays a critical role in creating the cross TI&SC, global capabilities emerging capabilities strategy, roadmap and tools needed to deliver today’s business results and tomorrow’s growth projections. Key Expectations:
