The pay for this role is $36.87 per hour. This is a union role.

What will I be doing?

Provides excellence in service for guests and owners while on property, responding to guest inquiries and needs. Follows brand standards at all times.

As a Housekeeper you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

Greet guests immediately with friendly / sincere acknowledgement

Provide customer service to guests, including information about resort services, activities and local attractions

Cleans rooms, including but not limited to stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing dishes, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and counters and moving furniture.

All work must be completed within an allotted time frame in order to meet production standards.

Reports deficiencies in order to maintain room in compliance with resort standards

Replenish linen and guest amenities

Assist co-workers as requested

Other duties as assigned by supervisor and / or management

Work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment, flexible with spontaneous demands from guests and for business needs.

Physically able to work from a ladder

Ability to learn, follow and enforce standards for cleanliness as they apply to all aspects of room

Ability to follow all safety procedures / standards and able to recognize and act in emergency situations

Able to lift up to 50lbs; push / pull cart over 200lbs.

Display professional image at all times through appearance and conduct.

Follow key control protocol

Regular attendance in keeping with guidelines established by the company and site are essential to the successful performance of this position

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must :

• Speak and write English (Though fluency is not required)
• Have at least 1-year cleaning experience
• Legal to Work in the U. S.
• Must have a working understanding of technology, (smartphone, GPS & email)
• Must have the ability to commute and be comfortable working in multiple locations, this is not one location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

On the job, you will be required to deliver quality cleaning services to our client’s residential or commercial properties :

• Home and apartment cleaning
• Office cleaning
• Airbnb
• This will require that you use our non-allergic products in cleaning and to follow our checklist to ensure complete client satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Deliver great customer service
• Some days you work Solo, some days as a team!

Position Summary : Performs light housekeeping and chores for seniors.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Clean clients' apartments including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning surfaces and changing bed linens.
• Wash, dry and fold clients’ laundry.
• Provide light shopping for clients.
• Report on client condition any concerns regarding a client to supervisor and professional staff.
• Participate in the scheduling of appointments.
• Maintain records of services provided.
• Perform other duties as needed or requested.
• Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
• Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance and health and safety standards.

Salary Range : $12.50-$15.50 / hourly; commensurate with experience

Job Competencies & Minimum Qualifications :

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or at least one year related experience and / or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Working Conditions / Physical Demand :
