Position Summary

Under direct supervision, is responsible for maintaining a clean environment and providing general assistance during emergencies for the facilities assigned to

Job Responsibilities

• Documents and provides updates on work performed.
• Performs detailed cleaning of all facilities. Disinfects, mops and vacuums as necessary. Removes trash, recyclables, regulated medical waste, restocks supplies and sanitizes surfaces.

Coordinates work with occupants to minimize disruptions.

• Identifies and escalates potential problems and areas requiring special cleaning.
• Performs specialty cleaning of furniture, glass, kitchens, refrigerators, and exhibit cases.
• Monitors and reports all lighting issues.

Position Summary : Performs light housekeeping and chores for seniors.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Clean clients' apartments including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning surfaces and changing bed linens.
• Wash, dry and fold clients’ laundry.
• Provide light shopping for clients.
• Report on client condition any concerns regarding a client to supervisor and professional staff.
• Participate in the scheduling of appointments.
