- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and utilize cleaning chemicals / tools
- Ability to work with little to no supervision, and meet daily cleaning deadlines as required

Summary
The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight.

Hotel Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

- Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages
- Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested
- Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
- Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
Qualifications :
- Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
- Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
- Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
- Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
- Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required

Qualifications
- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
- Must have schedule flexibility for both AM / PM shifts, weekends and holidays
- Requires strong command of the English language to include speaking, reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with guest interaction
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be 18 years or older
