Hospitality Trainer major responsibilities :
- Prepares, updates, and delivers classroom and behind the wheel training for new trainees, and performs retraining for post-accident and as needed.
- Conducts evaluations of trainees, performs observations, and makes recommendations concerning employee progress for Drivers and CSRs.
- Performs Commercial Driver License (CDL) classes and assists in providing informative and productive safety meetings for the staff.
- Documents training performed and maintains accurate training records for all trainees per company, state, and federal requirements.
- Performs duties of Supervisor, CSR, or driver as required by operational needs.
- Mentors new employees so they have a full understanding of our business and helps them be successful in their position.
Conducts reviews of hospitality etiquette for all employees.
- Performs daily review of DriveCam and coaches or recommends retraining as required.
- Performs retraining of all staff as required by company guidelines.
- Maintains current CDL to operate all vehicles and drives as needed.
- Performs accident and injury investigations and conducts any required retraining.
- Serves in the capacity as Operations Supervisor when needed.
- Performs all other duties as assigned and may assist with other areas based on location needs.
Hospitality Trainer requirements :
- Possess Class A or B CDL Operator’s license with P endorsement
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills, including good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic mathematical procedures.
- Minimum of 1-3 years related experience (driving preferred).
- Familiar with basic vehicle mechanical processes and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality dealing with all aspects of tourism.
- Familiar with federal, state, and local safety and transit regulations
- Supervisory experience with hourly employees helpful.
- Effectively communicate with employees, customers, senior management, and Department of Aviation officials.
- Able to work shift hours and days assigned. Must maintain excellent attendance.
- Obtains and maintains required certifications as determined by the company.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Pushing / Pulling must be able to handle heavy wheelchairs and luggage.
- Lifting Must be able to lift up to pounds of luggage on a repetitive basis . Bus operators can handle up to pieces of luggage a day or more which can total up to , pounds total daily.
- Walking Crossing bus lot, up and down in bus loading area, around interior and exterior of bus.
- Sitting Up to 1-2 hours while driving service vehicle. May also need to sit to drive bus.
- Climbing In and out of bus on a constant basis while in service.
- Reaching Must be able to reach to assist drivers when necessary with luggage.
- Handling Operator door handle, knobs, switches, and handles.
- Hearing Detecting problems with passengers on bus, hearing emergency vehicles, detecting unusual engine noise.
- Bending / Stooping / Squatting Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, applying wheelchair securement straps, checking bus for lost and found items.

Responsibilities and Duties : The Gaming and Hospitality Consulting Director provides a variety of management consulting services to clients.
We currently have an opportunity for consultants to specialize in anti-money laundering controls for the gaming industry.
The types of consulting services provided may include, but are not limited to :
- Perform data analytics to identify possible money laundering schemes in casinos
- Provide end-to-end implementation of casino anti-money laundering systems and technologies
- Support clients in deployment and adoption of casino anti-money laundering systems and technologies
- Deliver on business process improvement and internal controls assessments
- Assist clients in the design and documentation of their AML Programs

Position Description
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients and prospective clients within the gaming industry to enable effective growth in services
- Manage and deliver various AML services covering regulatory compliance, system and technology deployment, and other AML specific advisory needs for clients within the gaming and hospitality industry
- Manage engagements (including planning, execution, preparation of deliverables and wrap-up), conducting exit meetings and / or recurring status updates with clients, and assist in preparation of deliverables completion, as required by projects
- Communicate with clients on project status, delivery, adoption and deployment issues, the review process, conclusions and potential improvements to client processes as needed
- Lead other RSM talent in their professional development and execution on projects
- Provide hands-on execution support to projects and teams for delivery of projects
- Provide consulting advice that enables clients to increase client value

Basic Qualifications :
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8+ years business experience (emphasis on casino operations, AML operations, or professional consulting services preferred)

- Strong internal control skills and experience in developing and improving internal control systems

Hospitality Host
Hosts are responsible for gathering customer contact information, while also enticing the customer to visit the venue. Hosts are responsible for filling out customer contact cards with in the reservation system with customer information.
Additionally, hosts are responsible for answering the phone, taking reservations and operating the venue reservation system all while maintaining and delivering the highest level of customer service.
Job Focus :

Hospitality Accounts Payable Coordinator
The Hospitality Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the accounts payable functions at the hotel or hotels as applicable.
Ensuring invoices are received and / or processed on a timely basis responsible for handling all the hotel deposits in accordance with Hospitality Standards.

- Ensure that the processing of all invoices is completed properly.
