Our Window Dispatchers are responsible for :
Assures all routes are filled as assigned and bus operators are provided with timely
instructions for operational information throughout the day.
Manages road service assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, route begin
on time, performance, incidents, etc.
Provides customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer
trips, lost, service delays and cancellations
- Resolves problems by working with carrier dispatchers
- Fills route openings. standbys and extra boards operators’ schedules.
- Utilize computer (Trapeze) software to retrieve scheduled information and reference material
to quickly and accurately determine the best method to assist clients and operators.
Provide excellent customer service to Operators and passengers, and completes a variety of
daily reports and clerical duties
Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators, act as liaison between the carrier and
emergency services
Answers and direct business calls to appropriate personnel, communicate professionally with
accuracy to all staff (drivers, road supervisors etc.)
- Ensures all cash, vouchers and lost and found are properly and accurately counted and secured
- Fill out and send accurate end of shift reports
- Make sure manifests, stand by sheets and call out sheets are accurately filled out and match
the rollout in the shared drive daily.
To qualify as a Window Dispatcher, you’ll need :
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service and / or Call Center experience required.
- Knowledge of basic and multi-task computer operation in a Windows environment.
- Ability to proficiently operate a computer with a speed of no less than keystrokes per
minute.
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to utilize a standard business telephone system for communication.
- Ability to interact with interdepartmental personnel.

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for :
- Greets all passengers in the loading areas in a courteous and enthusiastic manner.

Hospitality Trainer major responsibilities :
- Prepares, updates, and delivers classroom and behind the wheel training for new trainees, and performs retraining for post-accident and as needed.

Hospitality Trainer requirements :
- Possess Class A or B CDL Operator’s license with P endorsement
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills, including good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic mathematical procedures.
- Minimum of 1-3 years related experience (driving preferred).
- Familiar with basic vehicle mechanical processes and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality dealing with all aspects of tourism.
- Familiar with federal, state, and local safety and transit regulations
- Supervisory experience with hourly employees helpful.
- Effectively communicate with employees, customers, senior management, and Department of Aviation officials.
- Able to work shift hours and days assigned. Must maintain excellent attendance.
- Obtains and maintains required certifications as determined by the company.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Pushing / Pulling must be able to handle heavy wheelchairs and luggage.
- Lifting Must be able to lift up to pounds of luggage on a repetitive basis . Bus operators can handle up to pieces of luggage a day or more which can total up to , pounds total daily.
- Walking Crossing bus lot, up and down in bus loading area, around interior and exterior of bus.
- Sitting Up to 1-2 hours while driving service vehicle. May also need to sit to drive bus.
- Climbing In and out of bus on a constant basis while in service.
- Reaching Must be able to reach to assist drivers when necessary with luggage.
- Handling Operator door handle, knobs, switches, and handles.
- Hearing Detecting problems with passengers on bus, hearing emergency vehicles, detecting unusual engine noise.
- Bending / Stooping / Squatting Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, applying wheelchair securement straps, checking bus for lost and found items.
- Seeing Driving, reading street signs, completing paperwork.
- Talking Communicating with passengers, supervisors, dispatch, and fellow co-workers.

- Knows the route and remains alert to monitor the welfare of passengers while in route
- Communicates behavior problems and conditions of various stops with the driver
- Assists in pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
- Assists students in the loading and unloading process

Vehicle Fuel Attendant & Washer major responsibilities :
- Operates power wash steam cleaner and monitors the availability of needed supplies.
- Daily fueling of buses and vehicles.
- Checks fluid levels of buses and vehicles.
- Wipes interior and exterior and the glass of washed vehicles to remove any residual dirt, grease, or film.

Job Purpose
Under limited supervision, dispatch all buses to ensure on time performance of service; provide safety instruction and guidance to operators.
Submit reports of daily operations and manages service to provide quality customer transportation services.

Our Dispatchers are responsible for :
- Assign vehicles to operators.
- Oversees routes based on pull out sheet by tracking trip performance measures, route begin on time, performance, incidents, etc.
- Prepare and submit payroll data for employees not able to clock in
- Manages emergency situations for vehicle operators; act as liaison between the carrier and emergency services.
- Manages daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service
- Regular communication between operators, road supervisors, maintenance, and other team members. This includes safety messages
- Manage schedule ensuring all routes are covered and Approved PTO is updated on driver schedule and Wall Calendar
- Update White Board including bus OOS, Operators on duty, Buses Available
- Update Daily Tracking Excel Spreadsheet to ensure pull out times, passenger counts, and total miles are accurate for each route
- Review and Sign Operator manifest at the end of operator shift
- If properly licensed, operate vehicles in case of emergency. Emergency includes avoidance of missed trips
- Perform and document operator observations on and off the bus on appropriate forms
- Provide adequate documented coaching based on DriveCam events, Employee Handbook, and CBA
To qualify as a Dispatcher, you’ll need :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CDL B w / passenger & air brake endorsements preferred
- DriveCam Training
- Be Safe Certification
- 3-5 years experience
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Data Entry skills
- Safety conscience at all times
- Ability to write accident / incident reports, engagements, and other reports as required
- Ability to communicate verbally and written in English
