The salary range for this position is $85,065 - $127,281
The actual offered salary for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidate’s qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles.
We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case.
The salary range listed above does not include other compensation elements such as discretionary bonus opportunities, employee stock ownership grants, paid time off, medical insurance, and other wage and benefit opportunities.

Understand and coordinate the multiple agencies requirements given the project scope.
- Oversee all correspondence and pertinent documents for accuracy. Obtain signatures and seek legal counsel as appropriate.
- Coordinate’s review and evaluation of contractor bids and works with Principal so that award recommendation can be submitted to owner.
- Provide day-to-day leadership in the absence of and as delegated by the Principal and / or Practice Group Leader keeping lines of communication open with all office management leaders and assist with preparation of client billings prior to submittal for signature.
- Collaborate with Practice Group Leader as requested in the marketing of projects including development of proposals and possible participation in client interviews.
You will need to have :
- 7+ years of professional experience honed on increasingly more complex healthcare projects;
- OSHPD (HCAi) experience highly desirable;
- understanding of the healthcare industry, especially in areas of clinical innovation, operational improvement, planning and strategic positioning for complex hospital systems is needed;
- experience with Lean and Evidence-based design a plus;
- architectural registration is preferred but not required;
- working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other industry accepted software as well as expertise with Project Manager software and Microsoft Office products is needed;
- exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients and have demonstrated the ability to oversee and be responsible for project delivery; and

Salary Information :
The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Be responsible for the financial management of projects including the development and adherence to work plans, assisting the PIC with fee development, monitoring project financial status, developing mitigation plans when required, and managing monthly project financial tasks.
Participate in construction administration for projects and work closely with the project leaders on issues affecting the budget, construction costs, scheduling, and legal / liability related issues.
Assist project leaders in preparation of project management plans and attend project and staffing meetings. Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills.
Effectively work with project leads to develop action plans, address and find solutions for project-related issues. Project Manager Qualifications The Must-Haves (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent 10+ years architectural project experience Proficient with BIM / Revit software programs Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Project Manager Qualifications The Like-to-Haves (Not Required) LEED accreditation preferred Salary Range : $99,700-$138,700.
