Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

The Material Controller / Administrator responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

  • Ensuring the correct execution of all customs activities concerning vessels coming into and leaving from the McDermott private berths.
  • Interfacing with all the McDermott Department Managers whose departments are involved in vessel activities.
  • Has to make sure that vessels are not delayed by Customs clearance process.
  • Educate and train other department personnel concerning Customs documentation and requirements for vessel clearances.
  • Create vessel clearance procedure and enforce the same to achieve compliance with Customs regulations.

Essential Qualifications and Education :

  • Knowledge and experience in the offshore construction industry with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role (Crew Coordination, Logistics and Scheduling)
  • High school graduate
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Computer literate, fully conversant with word processing, spreadsheet and email applications
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Valid Offshore Medical
  • BOSIET Training or Equivalent (OPITO approved)
  • Fluent both in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of DP Vessel operations

Job Responsibilities :

  • Supporting data migration and troubleshooting SharePoint sites and applications to resolution / remediation.
  • Candidate that has been part of building and managing corporate intranets.

  • Supporting an enterprise-wide information and database management, quality assurance, change management, computer security, and development and enhancement of standards and procedures.

  • Minimum of six (6) years' relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education / experience.

  • Experienced as a SharePoint Developer and Administrator with a focus on needs analysis, design, build and go-live in addition to support for a large Microsoft SharePoint environment
  • Experience troubleshooting issues and providing customer support for service requests related to 0365 SharePoint and on-premises environment.
  • Experience working with Active Directory, PowerShell, JavaScript, and eDiscovery site collections.

Summary

This position will work in the Crude Oil Contract Administration Group reporting to the Contract Administration Manager.

This will include Gathering, Long-Haul Pipeline, Terminal & Bulk Marketing Cargo Confirmations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Work alongside Commercial and Legal to draft Contracts, Memorandums, Notification Letters and other standard form documents as well as respond to Customer paper.

Liaison with external Customers and Compliance department in effort to complete the external KYC registration process for ET Crude Oil business entities.

Complete informational and gathering requests in response to external questionnaires. Provide weekly status updates.Coordinate, track and report the KYC onboarding process for external customers between Bulk Trading, Compliance, Commercial, Credit and Customer.

Gather documents from customers and direct information between various internal departments to process new Business Entity set ups and maintenance requests for Business Development and Marketing Commercial departments.

Support Scheduling with preparing and distributing Maintenance Notices, Shipper communications, Connecting Carrier Notices as well as assist with responding to any Crude Oil demurrage claim.

Work with Commercial, Project Managers and CIAC to invoice and track reimbursable projects.Route and coordinate documents for approval and execution in Docusign.

Maintain the Repository with timely, accurate contract files and related records.Develop, maintain, and publish reports from the Repository pertaining to and following the internal records retention policies.

Implement and maintain newly designed CLM system for all contracts.Develop, collaborate and maintain processes designed to prepare Accounting Advice Briefs summarizing contract terms.

Track contractual obligations and administer contract trigger events.Develop, maintain processes to audit settlement statements / invoices for new and amended settlement terms.

Requirements :

Education and / or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of experience in the industry in lieu of a degree
