Position Summary
The web graphic designer collaborates with the Marketing team and participates in the planning and execution of the
visual and website component of marketing efforts, promoting and strengthening the City Winery brand. This position
initiatives. The graphic designer translates our brand and value into visually stimulating and engaging designs. This
role spans across the organization, supporting various departments with a wide range of design collateral, and plays
a pivotal part in the evolution of the City Winery brand.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 3 years graphic design experience in a professional setting; Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic
Design preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce UX design
Experience working with print vendors
Portfolio demonstrating excellent marketing print and web materials
Working example of multiple fully functional ecommerce landing pages
Understanding of best standards and practices of print and digital marketing materials
Comfortable reading and editing HTML and CSS. Javascript is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate and present concepts
and designs to various departments, team members and leadership

Overview of Responsibilities
Create designs that effectively communicate City Winery’s brand identity, including, but not limited to
print / digital collateral, web pages, email design, menus, wine labels, signage, logos
Cross collaborate with the design team and directly work with marketing, private events, restaurant, winery,
beverage, and box office departments
Build and maintain the City Winery brand in adherence to the brand parameters
Read and edit HTML and CSS for website development
Awareness of cost and time-efficient production
Adhere to timeline processes and come up with solutions when appropriate
Design, develop and execute graphic collateral and creative assets for the marketing / promotional team and
other departments as requested

- Bachelor's degree in design (e.g., animation, communication, graphic, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in communication design, graphic design, motion design and UI / UX, within design studios, creative agencies or in-house teams

The Senior Graphic Designer develops and executes creative concepts for effective recruitment, retention and fundraising communications including one- to four-color print publications, digital advertising, and online communications.

As a Graphic Designer at Dynamic Yield by Mastercard, you will be working alongside senior designers on our creative team to design visual materials for our marketing initiatives.

The Task at Hand
- Design at Dynamic Yield is never boring. We have a wide variety of design requests across all areas of the business. For this role we’re looking at the following core areas for you to bring your creativity and passion;
- Working with the wider design team to develop the visual design of landing pages across our site, as well as owning the creation / redesign of them from brief to developer notes.
- Design website graphics based on real life customer use cases that can sit on slides or on the web,with experience writing clear developer notes to bring the use cases to life if required.
- Work from strategic briefs to design content across various social media and advertising platforms to promote demand generation, events, HR-related initiatives, new marketing content, and more.
- Other things you might find yourself working on include;
- Designing internal & external-facing marketing presentations & sales collateral.
- Supporting with event marketing materials such as signage, branded swag, invites, brochures, flyers and other miscellaneous pieces.
