Position Summary
Dishwashers are responsible for cleanliness, organization, and sanitization of all flatware, tableware, dishware, pots, pans, equipment, and actively performing cleaning and maintenance tasks in all areas of the building in a safe manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience as a dishwasher and ability to handle high volume, fast paced work load in a restaurant environment preferred

Overview of Responsibilities
- Scrape and sort dishes before loading them into a dishwashing machine for cleaning
- Monitor dish machine water temperature during sanitary wash cycle
- Unload dishwashing machines, sort, put away all items in proper storage units
- Maintain cleanliness, safety of all work areas, and operate all machinery in a safe manner
- Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to ensure a clean and tidy work area
- Remove garbage and discard in designated area / dumpster regularly
- Maintain adequate levels of detergents and other cleaning supplies
- Stock supplies such as food items and utensils in kitchen and storage areas
- Use hand trucks to move supplies or equipment from a storage area to work area
- Maintain dishwashing machine and report any mechanical faults to management
- Stock and arrange kitchen utensils and dishes in an orderly manner
- Handle glassware and other fragile tableware to prevent breakage
- Use designated rags to polish all glass and stemware to remove streaks or spots, as requested by Management
- Attend staff meetings as needed
- Exhibit hospitality and provide positive guest experience when involved in guest-facing interactions
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines including being ready to work at scheduled shift time, in uniform, with neat and presentable appearance.

Position Summary
The position of Controller is responsible for supporting the Chief Accounting Officer in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by performing a variety of accounting duties.
Work requires a high degree of independent judgment and is highly variable and complex, requiring interpretation of needs, guidelines, policies, procedures and precedents.
In this position the person will support all departments within the organization and will be responsible to supervise both exempt and non-exempt staff.
Overview of Responsibilities
Oversee Finance team in the areas of AP, AR, Financial Reporting, Analytics and other related responsibilities.
Proven ability to modify and improve existing manual systems; Collaborate with IT, HR, and business partners to develop, consolidate, and optimize systems.
Develop business processes and accounting policies that promote business growth and decision making.
Oversee the preparation of monthly financial performance review and reporting
Reviews transactions prepared by the Accounting Department prior to posting; including entries for daily cash management, lease accounting, payroll, fixed-asset depreciation, prepaid and accrued expenses.
Reviews and posts journal entries and ensures monthly account reconciliations and analyses are completed in a timely manner.
Conducts a variance analysis of actual vs. budget of financial statements and industry key performance indicators
Monitors accounts payable to ensure that invoices have been accurately posted
Review balance sheet accounts on a regular basis for proper presentation and accuracy.
Enhance and / or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others and develop cost saving initiatives
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and maintain compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Work closely with external accounting firm to prepare financial information
May perform other duties and participate in projects as required by the business.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
5-7 years of experience working in accounting
Understanding of computer systems and the integration of data into the general ledger software
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
Must be detail oriented with particular strength in time management and organization
Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce deliverables within strict deadlines
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time; stand and walk regularly

About the Position :
City Winery produces over 3,500 shows and hundreds of wines annually across 15 locations that are a mix of live entertainment venues, wineries, restaurants, and private event spaces.
Tickets, wine, and memberships are sold through their best in class ticketing and ecommerce platform. The Acquisition Marketing Manager will be focused on planning and implementing paid advertising campaigns, most notably on Google, Meta, and other platforms with a focus on reaching greater, yet targeted audiences, improving conversion rates, maintaining a good return on ad spend, and increasing revenue.
The campaigns will promote a range of exciting products, including live concerts, comedy, wine, restaurant dining, private events, memberships, and more.
The right person for this job will have strong technical, analytical, and reporting skills, along with the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms.
Responsibilities :
Own the end-to-end management and deliverables of paid campaigns from implementation to optimisation, ensuring it delivers in-line with budget & overall strategy to meet revenue and ROI goals.
Responsible for carrying out day to day optimisation and management of campaigns.
Gather campaign data and produce reports on performance analysis against KPI’s.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including local marketing managers to ensure campaign setup, execution, and budgeting is optimized for best results.
Write ad copy based on business goals and optimal keywords. Experiment with ad copy to find the messages that resonate best with City Winery’s various audiences.
Analyze performance and user cohort data to help develop new marketing strategies.
Continuously spot new opportunities within the paid media market and present ways in which they can generate growth with a good return on investment.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in digital customer acquisition, with a focus on Google Ad and Meta Ad management .
Experience managing 40+ paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other ad platforms, across multiple locations / businesses.
Experience running multivariate acquisition tests across various platforms (onsite, email, paid) to drive sales or subscriptions and optimizing based on results.
A deep interest in or passion for live entertainment or wine.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Google's G Suite, and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to multitask and work outside normal business hours to secure business needs.
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

Position Summary
Servers are responsible for delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences to patrons of City Winery. The Sous Chef is responsible for supporting the overall management and oversight of culinary daily operations to ultimately ensure the highest standards are met for all food prepared in the kitchen and served at the City Winery property.
This role is accountable for adhering to City Winery’s food culture and style, standards and expectations of food quality, freshness, and presentation, and maintaining compliance all associated regulatory guidelines.
This individual will be a creative thought leader with a passion for the culinary world and the ability to successfully execute culinary strategies.
This role must lead by example in successfully creating and fostering an environment of mutual trust and respect.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an overall kitchen leadership role in high volume environment and / or equivalent relevant experience
- AOS Culinary School Graduate and / or related training is a plus
