JOB DUTIES
Clean and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel guest rooms and hallways of the hotel. Deep cleaning assigned areas of the hotel.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of maid closets, guest laundry areas and corridors. Properly handle all equipment and cleaning chemicals (, dryer, detergents etc.)
Greet each guest that you encounter in the hallways, lobby or public areas. Deliver housekeeping items to guest rooms upon request from the Front Desk or Supervisor.
Quickly respond to requests in a timely and friendly manner. Follow procedures for entering and leaving guest rooms.
Work in a safe manner to prevent injury to yourself, other staff members or our guests. Watch for safety hazards and report them immediately to your Department Supervisor.
Communicate to Supervisor when recovering any and all lost and found items.
Maintain control of keys issued to perform assigned duties. Turn in keys and radio to the Housekeeping Department when shift ends.
Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or equivalent. Computer knowledge. Competent in written and verbal communication. Must be able to speak, hear and understand the English language.
Must be able to sit / stand / walk for long periods of time. Ability to handle high pressure situations and exercise good judgment.
Ability to work as part of a team. Must be able to effectively communicate and work with fellow associates to complete daily tasks.
Knowledge in the safe use of cleaning products. Ability to move, traverse, position self to reach corners on floors and high places;
observe conditions, detect odors, position and navigate carts weighing up to 200# in tight spaces; operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, floor buffers.
Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25#. These abilities are required for an entire shift.

Work Environment
This job primarily operates in a pressurized aircraft for an extended period. During this time the employee will be exposed to loud and distracting sounds and noise levels.
While the cabin of the aircraft is pressurized the employee will be exposed to recycled air. This position requires extensive travel;
therefore, employees must be able to spend consecutive nights away from home and endure all climates.

Sun Country Flight Attendants ensure safety and security standards are met while promoting high levels of customer service.
Monthly guarantee of 72.5 flight hours at $21.53 rate of pay.

Uniforms Flight Attendants are responsible for the purchase of their first uniform and luggage, approximately $600.00, which may be payroll deducted once employed by the Company.

Work Schedule :
Sun Country Airlines is a scheduled passenger airline that operates 365 days a year. As a Flight Attendant you will be assigned to various shifts which will include weekends, evenings, holidays and red eye type hours.
Shifts are bid monthly and are awarded based on seniority. As a reserve (on call) Flight Attendant, you must be able to be at the airport in as little as 2 hours after being notified of an assignment.
As a reserve (on call) Flight Attendant, you will be scheduled with 10 days off per month, the other days you will be on call and must be immediately available by phone.
As a line holding Flight Attendant, you will be scheduled with a minimum of 13 days off per month.

- Successful completion pre-requisite to employment
- Initial flight attendant training is held at our training facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

What You Need to Know :
Delta is seeking both English-Speaking and Bilingual Flight Attendants to join the In-Flight Services team. When completing the application, Bilingual applicants will have the option to apply as a Bilingual Flight Attendant, also known as Language of Destination (LOD).
You must be fluent in English and another language to be eligible for the Bilingual Flight Attendant opportunity.
Since our flights operate day and night and all year-round, Flight Attendants must be flexible with their hours. Shifts include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed.
New hires must successfully complete six weeks of training located at our World Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. During this time, participants receive a training wage and some meals, as well as lodging for those who do not live within 25 miles of the training facility.
Once training is complete, Flight Attendants will report to their base to join their 25,000+ colleagues in In-Flight Service.
We operate out of 14 bases across the United States including Atlanta, Boston, Cincinnati, Detroit, Fort Lauderdale / Miami, Honolulu, Los Angeles, Orlando, Minneapolis, New York, Portland, Seattle, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service at an altitude of at least 8,000 feet
- Assist customers in lifting and stowing luggage into overhead bins
- Demonstrate the use of safety and emergency equipment and ensure safety requirements are met
- Prepare, serve, and sell beverages (including alcohol) and meals (which may include beef, pork, seafood, peanuts, etc.)
- Answer questions and assist customers when necessary, particularly those with unique needs and circumstances
- Actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers if an aircraft experiences delays or hits turbulence
- Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide emergency care (e.g., performing CPR and basic first aid) when needed

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Be at least 21 years of age at time of application
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
- Ability to acquire and keep current a passport and travel documents to freely enter and exit places where Delta flies. Must have a valid passport with a minimum of 30 months validity remaining before first day of training.

- Complete a pre-employment Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test, and comprehensive background check, including government-required fingerprint-based criminal history record check
- Ability to sit in an assigned jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened
- Ability to open emergency exits and close aircraft doors weighing up to 60 pounds and use of a food / beverage cart requiring 32lbs of force when pushing or pulling
