- Perform duties as an active member of the Emergency Response team when requested.
- Attend and present at the semi-annual industry Aviation Info-share safety forum.
- Review current best practices from FAA and industry sources for practices applicable to Flight Crew Operations and Dispatch.
- Conduct airport risk assessments for all airports within the Allegiant network, including scheduled destinations, charter destinations, maintenance locations, and alternate airports, to identify hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track the progress of airport construction projects.
- Perform proactive risk analysis of aircraft operations on the ground by assessing the suitability of airport facilities, including taxiways, ramp areas, and parking areas.
- Coordinate with operational teams to manage risk associated with flight operations within the airport and terminal environment.
- Develop and monitor systems and databases for management of airport risk as needed.
- Work with and track collaborative projects with the Air Traffic Control Coordinator and OCC Meteorologist.
- Establish and maintain internal databases of Flight Operations and Dispatch safety data to assist with data analyses, trend identification, and corrective action plan development.
- Monitor / track safety recommendations, IEP findings, FRMP, ASAP, self-audit, employee injuries, and corrective actions to ensure that effective follow-up actions have been taken.
- Participate in department safety meetings and safety initiatives to include taking minutes, attendance, and facilitation.
- Facilitate the bi-annual and continuous Line Operations Safety Assurance (LOSA) observations.
- Maintain databases with LOSA observation data, and identify report classifications, and action relevant trends.
- Assist and support department management with the development of continuous improvement efforts, documentation of processes, procedures, and controls of Allegiant’s SMS, and maintaining policies and procedures in the company’s safety manuals.
- Participate in industry Safety forums such as InfoShare and the International Air Safety Summit.
- Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.

Responsibilities
Schedule : Monday - Friday, between 7 : 20am - 4 : 20pm. Job Specific Details and Tasks :
- Shall provide outpatient health care to qualifying beneficiaries as scheduled by the Government.

- Providing primary and secondary preventive maintenance care.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
- Education : Possesses a Doctor of Medicine degree or a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an approved school of medicine or osteopathy.
- Experience : Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency. The applicant must have a minimum of 35 hours of direct patient care in the past year.
Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the last 10 years having served as a privileged flight surgeon at a US Military installation.
- Licensure : Current, unrestricted medical license from any state
- Board Certification : Current board certification in Aerospace Medicine is highly recommended. If not board-certified in Aerospace Medicine, then must show proof of completion of any medical residency program and must have a minimum of 3 years of U.
S. military Flight Surgeon experience.

Responsibilities :
MTSI is seeking candidates for a Flight Test Engineer opportunity, to support aircraft systems / sub-systems testing on a variety of aircraft (Fixed wing and RPA).
Duty location is Las Vegas but travel to other work locations will be required.
Responsibilities :
- Project Officer / Project Lead - Work with customers to determine test objectives, predications, methodology, data requirements, and then to design the test events to obtain the necessary data to answer the objectives on various aircraft flight test programs.
- Define data collection requirements and go / no-go criteria to meet test objectives.
- Performing reviews of aircraft specification requirements to ensure the data management and analysis plan (DMAP) provides proper data collection for real-time and post-mission data processing, evaluation, and analysis to meet test plan objectives.
- Participate in development of the overall plans such as the DMAP, Customer Test Plans, Gov’t Test Support Plans, Test Matrices, test cards, etc.
- Author test plans in conjunction with the data analyst team and the customer
- Working with data analysts to oversee the data analysis process, provide inputs, and provide a quality control review and anomaly resolution of data, then assist with the completion of the test report.
- Provide integrated engineering / analysis support for design reviews, test planning working groups, test card prep, execution, and post flight reports.
