Our ideal candidate is an experienced Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) pilot with a passion for customers, who is a gifted instructor with an eye for detail and comfortable in front of prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Conduct training, and demonstration flights of the solution for customers including software, data capture and flight across all of our verticals

Assist in training material development, including decks, checklists, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other content

Assist customer support team by providing technical expertise

Work with Ground Control Points, Real Time Kinematics, and Post-Processed Kinematics

Conduct pre-flight planning to include mission briefings, analyzing weather forecasts, checking Notice to Airmen (NOTAMs), and other airspace requirements

Perform UAS and ground support equipment testing, troubleshooting and maintenance

Help to mentor a growing team

Ability to travel 60+% of the time

Required Skills and Experience :

Previous UAV Operator experience with minimum 100 hours verifiable flight time

Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent experience in a technically relevant area.

FAA Manned Pilot’s License

FAA Part 107 Remote Operator Certificate

Fixed wing and Multi-Rotor experience

4+ years of customer facing experience

4+ years of training and material development for UAVs and related software

Desired Skills and Experience :

FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and / or Advanced Ground Instructor (AGI) Rating desired

Prior experience working with international flight regulatory bodies a plus

DJI and senseFly aircraft experience

Applicants should have a high degree of computer literacy to include; Microsoft office Suite.
