This position supports the company in preparing and analyzing detailed financial results, as well as working with leaders and partners across the organization.
As an Analyst of Portfolio Finance, you will be responsible for assisting senior management in driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
- Responsible for different aspects of forecast involving cash flow and P&L items related to mortgage portfolio.
- Support development of various high-level analysis, including concept development, trend identification and documentation.
In addition to providing explanations and understanding intricacies of portfolio performance.
- Continuously evaluates current reports, data, trends, and results to identify and implement improvement initiatives to stream-line existing processes and improve automation through better utilization of systems.
- Serve as a liaison between Portfolio Services and other departments (FP&A, Accounting, TAX, SEC group and others) by ensuring proper prioritization, definition, consistent communication, accurate specifications / documentation, budgetary management, and timely delivery of end products / services.
- Responsible for multiple projects in multiple settings with reduced direction from manager. Provide business overview to management in the form of meetings and presentations.
- Support the preparation of the annual budget for the mortgage portfolio and monthly forecast updates with analysis of variances.
Responsible for providing portfolio forecasts related to 10-Year Plans
- Ensure all training materials are updated in a timely manner.
- Support Portfolio Finance Management on carrying out any reasonable request of which the employee is capable of performing.
- Provide support for special projects as requested by VP of Capital Markets, VP of Portfolio Servicing, Senior Treasury management, and C-level leadership.

Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or relevant studies preferred
- Experience with product performance analysis and optimization
- Experience with MS Office Suite : Excel (including modeling / analysis, charts, pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint (including charts) is required
- Advanced Excel modeling skills most desirable; advanced degrees and relevant certifications a plus
- Preferred technical experience (SQL) and with Cognos Analytics
- Ability to lead projects across multiple departments and analyze data
- Ability to understand complex systems and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to senior management and executives
- Ability to prioritize and maintain workflow under tight conditions

SAP (Finance) Test Lead
Your role will be to focus on delivering quality products through testing. You will be part of an Agile team focusing on implementing SAP products.
You will work with your team to ensure you deliver high quality test plans, test scenarios and building automation scripts and infrastructure.

The Opportunity
The Financial Operations department of the Cybersecurity & Martech division of Ziff Davis is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis, reporting to the Financial Operations Manager.
You will work closely with the Enterprise Applications, Accounting, Finance, and Product teams. Key Responsibilities
