You will report to the Finance Manager and collaborate closely with every functional team at the Company. We’re a fast-growing start-up, so we’re looking for someone with a can-do, team-oriented mentality.
Main Responsibilities Scale and update the company’s strategic and financial models Support the team with regular financial reporting, metrics, and analysis, as well as ad-hoc financial analyses and projects Build complex models that support the implementation, execution, and progress, of innovative and strategic decisions Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentations, including work to be presented to company executives and the Board of Directors Support fundraising, capital project / partnership evaluation, and strategic investment processes through conducting market research and key diligence analyses, engaging current / prospective investors, and partnering with legal on project execution Develop new processes or streamline existing processes relating to financial planning / reporting Improve financial insights by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management Regularly partner with key organizations (e.
g. Credit, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to analyze and report on the financial impact of decisions across the company Background and Education Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university Finance / Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail Spanish is a plus.
Required Experience 1-3 years of investment banking at a top-tier investment bank, experience in public and / or high-growth startup FP&A, audit / assurance, or other corporate finance roles Firm grasp of accounting principles Experience in any other aspects of small business, consumer, or commercial lending is also a plus, but not a requirement Client service accounting firm experience a plus Systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrated ability to perform a quantitative and qualitative analysis of assets using financial modeling techniques Must be comfortable working with Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Slides Basic / Intermediate level in programming languages such as R, and Python.

Finance Associate
Our client, a global law firm known for its strong client relationships and excellent culture, is looking to hire a mid-level Associate into its Finance team in Los Angeles.
- The team offer their services to lenders, borrowers, life insurers, and debt investors in various debt transactions. These include syndicated, club, and bilateral facilities;
- leveraged and investment-grade financings; cash flow and asset-based financings; first- and second-lien financings; senior-secured and unsecured mezzanine financings;
and front-end financings, as well as bankruptcies, workouts, restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings.
Furthermore, they facilitate syndicated lending, leveraged and investment-grade financing, as well as cash flow and asset-based financings.
Additionally, they assist with first- and second-lien financings, senior secured and unsecured mezzanine financings, and first-out / last-out financings for the middle-market.

Finance Assistant
The Finance Assistant will provide effective support for maintaining accurate and timely financial records tracking and processing financial transactions for the Hadassah West Coast Regions.
The finance assistant is also responsible for supporting the local Region volunteer leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Processing receipts
- Preparing bank deposits
- Entering vendor invoices and other disbursement requests into accounting software
- Processing disbursement checks
- Maintaining financial files
- Prepare spreadsheets, collect data, and explain transactions
- Troubleshoot problems that arise, consulting help resources as appropriate
Required Knowledge, Education or Experience
- BA required. 3+ years of experience
- High level of confidentiality
- Experience with Financial software like QuickBooks Online or equivalent.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented, precise, organized, and proactive
- Ability to work independently and handle concurrent projects and assignments
