Senior Manager, FP&A

What You'll Do
The FP&A team is responsible for managing the financial forecast. As part of that responsibility, the FP&A team will work closely with business units and functional teams to establish investment plans for both the near- and long-term.
In this role, you will
- Oversee quarterly forecast and long-range planning cycles, including ownership of Epic’s consolidated corporate model and coordination with stakeholders on key assumptions and inputs
- Partner with business leaders to establish investment plans, prioritize resources and communicate regularly to the CFO and other senior leaders to provide financial insights, direction and risk
- Assess cost structures and investments through internal and external benchmarking
- Provide visibility to financial performance of the company through continuous and consistent reporting including key drivers of change in the financial forecast
- Leverage financial modeling to assess the opportunity and profitability of key business initiatives while ensuring accuracy in reporting
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity or consulting
- Experience collaborating with business unit executives to drive forecasting, initiative planning and execution
- Strong analytical skills with extensive financial modeling experience and ability to work with large data sets
- Ability to distill complex analyses into insights that drive action
- Ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external partners
- Experience in technology; prior understanding of gaming, entertainment and/or software desired

Product Manager, Source to Pay
What We Do
Our Procurement team establishes and maintains the supplier partnerships required to scale our growing company. Our team includes experts in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, and procurement technology. Together we are responsible for supporting all global business units to achieve corporate objectives.
What You'll Do
As a key member of Epic’s Procurement Operations and Tools team, you will be responsible for leading the global implementation of a Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform at Epic. You will build a strong understanding of business requirements and priorities, then work cross-functionally to scope and execute the implementation to achieve business objectives. Upon completion of the implementation, you will serve as the global product owner for the S2P platform. The ideal candidate will be adept at earning trust with organizational leaders and business partners, motivated by solving difficult and ambiguous problems, passionate about technology and process improvement, and acutely focused on customer experience.
In this role, you will
- Lead the full, end-to-end global implementation of a S2P platform, including but not limited to purchasing, invoicing, e-sourcing, and contract lifecycle management.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all global Epic business units, collaborating to define and deliver against business requirements.
- Own and manage Epic’s S2P platform, leveraging it to improve S2P process efficiency, controllership, and customer/user experience.
- Work with leadership to define efficient ways to support the ever-growing needs of Epic’s Procurement team, including innovative approaches to scale Procurement’s support as Epic grows.
What we're looking for
- 7+ years' experience in product management, program management, or procurement.
- Experience implementing and managing procurement-focused tools and processes on a global scale. Prior Coupa experience is a plus (but not required).
- Strong procurement and S2P background with demonstrated experience in these domains.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance
What We Do
The Strategic Finance team is responsible for working closely with Epic’s business units to create and maintain short-term and long-term financial forecasts, as well as providing continuous reporting on performance. In partnership with business leaders, we help determine business targets to meet our objectives and put in place systems to measure and report on performance.
What You'll Do
Through analysis and market research you will help prioritize initiatives and roadmap plans, evaluate financial and strategic return on investment, prioritize across the Company’s portfolio of opportunities, help plan resourcing, monitor KPIs to benchmarks, and manage the business units’ financials. You will align the financial and business goals across the organization and provide visibility as well as transparency to executives on financial performance, KPIs, and operating metrics.
In this role, you will
- Support key brand and platform partnership initiatives across the organization
- Determine the KPIs that best measure the success of the business units and its key initiatives
- Build financial models underpinned by these KPIs to assess the opportunity and profitability of key business initiatives being planned as part of business unit and company strategy and partner with business leaders to identify and measure performance against short and long-term strategic, financial, and operating targets
- Provide visibility on business unit financial performance through continuous and insightful reporting, including key drivers of change in the financial forecast
- Communicate regularly with finance and business leaders to provide financial insights and direction
- Support core FP&A activities such as business unit annual planning and quarterly forecasting, in addition to maintaining data accuracy in financial systems
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of strategic finance, investment banking, private equity and/or MBB management consulting experience
- Experience collaborating with business unit leaders and driving forecasting, initiative planning and execution
- Experience in technology; prior understanding of gaming, entertainment, and/or software highly desired
- Strong analytical skills with extensive valuation/financial modeling experience and working with large data sets

- Assist the FP&A team’s partnership with business leaders to establish investment plans and prioritize resources
- Create and update presentations used to communicate financial insights to the CFO and senior leaders
- Support M&A diligence efforts and post-acquisition integration efforts
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of FP&A, investment banking, and/or private equity experience
- Experience collaborating with business unit executives and driving full P&L forecasting (including revenue and COS), initiative planning, execution in highly matrixed organizations and ability to influence across organization
- Strong analytical skills with extensive valuation/financial modeling experience and working with large data sets
- Ability to distill complex analyses into insights that drive action
- Ability to effectively build relationships with internal and external partners
- Workday and Adaptive Insights experience preferred
