Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Performing minor accounting duties
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Other admin duties as assigned

  • Must be a poised and polished professional with preferred 7 to 10 years of experience supporting a key executive.

This position is based in our West Los Angeles office.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay : $75,.00 to $85,.00 per hour plus an annual discretionary bonus
