Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Planner will be responsible for execution and maintenance of ordered deals and acting as a facilitator of the sales process by providing proposals that meet the needs of both DISH Media Sales and client’s needs.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories :
- Act as point person for client communications and provide excellent customer service
- Responsible for all planning, execution, maintenance, billing, and traffic needs for agency, holding companies, client-direct or DTC customers
- Work closely with Sales and Pricing & Inventory to create and revise media plans that maximize the use of inventory while meeting both internal and external requirements
- Collaborate with numerous internal teams on the day to day maintenance ce of deals
- Maintain various weekly, quarterly and annual reports and dashboards for
- Handle various miscellaneous duties as assigned such as research projects and inventory valuations
Skills, Experience and Requirements
A successful Sales Planner will have the following :
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 2-3+ years’ experience in an ad sales organization
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong analytical ability and Mediamath knowledge
- Must possess the ability to articulate needs and provide direction in a clear and concise manner
- Must be able to take ownership of a project from start to finish under direction, as needed
- Understand data driven systems and their integration
- Comprehend desired technical requirements and ad sales infrastructure
- Ability to determine areas that need improvement and implement a plan of action
- Must be comfortable with aggressive schedules, as well as setting direction and priorities
Salary Range
Compensation : $57,155.00 / Year - $81,650.00 / Year

Job Responsibilities
- Ordering all parts / services for Maintenance Depart and Operations to ensure a smooth and orderly operation and in compliance with company policy.
- Entering Requisitions and managing requisitions for timely delivery.
- Manage approval process of Purchase Orders and sending to purchasing, ensuring purchases are made via required vendors noting exceptions when they occur, serve as main contact for order status.
- Ensure PO’s are issued for all parts and services and the proper quotes are received before awarding PO’s.
- Maintain oversight of Preventive Maintenance Program entering all machine hours on a weekly basis. Entering work orders in the Maintenance Program for timely completions and tracking.
- Manage scheduling of PM’s as they become due with In-house mechanics and service companies.
- Administers Preventive Maintenance program from computer system, Follows Preventive Maintenance Work Order procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Description : Innovative preventive services program provides home-based therapeutic case management and advocacy services to keep children in at-risk families safe and keep families together.
The program entails therapeutic services from a Family Connections Evidence-Based Framework; including ongoing assessment of children’s safety and families’ needs, formulation of service plans and treatment strategies, participation in Family Team Conferences, and documentation of progress and outcomes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Case Planner will comply with NYC Children’s Services Standards and Indicators for Purchased Preventive Services and duties outlined in Program Manual.
- Case Planner will provide clinical services, which are provided primarily at families’ homes (can be in the office at times), on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, from a strengths-based, family-focus perspective, utilizing the Family Connections Evidence-Based Framework
- Case Planner will work with up to 12 enrolled (or pending enrollment) families and provide coverage during extensive co-worker absences or vacations and higher caseload as needed in times of crisis / staff shortages.
- Case Planner will work with Family Advocate to ensure positive communication and cooperative work.
- Case Planner will provide community outreach.
- Case Planner will work with families to assess needs and complete documentation such as psychosocial summaries, SMART Goals, service plans, and other assessments as needed to support families in change-focused interventions.
- Case Planner will attend and participate in Family Team Conferences.
- Case Planner attends weekly supervisory sessions, weekly group supervisions, and other required programmatic and agency meetings
- Case Planner will escort children and families to appointments when necessary.
- Case Planner undertakes activities, i.e., advocacy and referral to services needed, including but not limited to drug and alcohol rehabilitation, mental health services, health services, education, daycare, housing, vocational guidance, employment, and financial entitlements.
- Case Planner is to obtain medical, immunization, and educational records for all children on caseload on a yearly basis, and more frequently when required.
- Case Planner must work flexible hours when required.
- Case Planner must complete required documentation in a timely manner utilizing the computer, such as progress notes in Connections and contacts in PROMIS.
- Case Planner must conduct home and field visits per the standards of the program.
- Case Planner must attend a minimum of 42 hours of required and job-related in-service training sessions annually.
