Sixt is looking for a Fleet Planner handle the day-to-day planning and running of the fleet to ensure efficient and safe operations.
They will monitor various shift activities and perform other fleet-related duties. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
What you will do :
- Monitor and track all shift activities (vehicles cleaned, vehicles moved, next day vehicle needs, etc.)
- Plan and dispatch the fleet for hourly, daily, and weekly forecast demand
- Coordinate vehicle transfers between branches in the area
- Ensure the effective process of all types of car rental transactions
- Communicate with both internal and external contacts
- Handle the branch’s Inventory Management
About you :
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment
- Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Likely to require at least 5-10% travel, some of which may be by airplane
- Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including day and / or evening hours
- Must be able to travel for training and other business needs
- Must be willing to wear company uniforms
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus

Sales Planner
Responsibilities
Duties and Tasks) :
- Collaborate with business accounts & internal stakeholders to create a seasonal / yearly forecast for both sales and receipts for customer accounts.
- Collaborate and communicate with sales leaders, customers, and internal and external suppliers to manage customer expectations and to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Lead monthly business meetings to review performance vs. forecast, point of sale trends and provide recommended actions.
- Analyze and track weekly sell thru and inventory / in-transit-inventory data to understand trends and opportunities, partnering with the business development manager and / or product line managers to present opportunities to drive actual and potential sales.
- Analyze historical performance and market trends to provide recommendations to accounts for proper changes in sales volumes and / or sales pricing.
- Partner with Demand Planning to incorporate account forecasts into a regional demand program.
- Collaborate with business development manager and / or sales leaders on creation and communication of sales administration documentation, and to perform all related clerical activities.
- Use of SAP or Oracle systems to generate sales orders and purchasing requirements (and / or purchasing orders).
- Use of Salesforce platform to keep sales process information updated and to generate quotations.
- Coordinate new item registration process across all systems to ensure data integrity and accurate records, and processing customer orders in and initiating orders for stock.
- Aligning all systems when order changes occur.
- Coordinating with internal and external customers to resolve order discrepancies.
Required Education and Experience :
- MS Office, SAP and CRM experience
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service role (not Call Center or Retail)

The Cat Oil & Gas and Marine Division currently has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Maintenance Planner - Power Systems Segment located in Houston, Texas.
As a Fleet Maintenance Planner - Oil & Gas Division at Caterpillar, you will develop a comprehensive maintenance and repair plan meeting specific contractual commitments related to equipment maintenance, sustainability, and financial performance.
The position develops and implements fleet wide maintenance schedules to include preventative maintenance for cutting edge Oil & Gas technologies.
The position also has report out responsibilities to both the key account and internal stakeholders on contract performance and key performance indicators.
The incumbent will support the Reliability Engineer and Fleet Manager in achieving alignment of various parties at Caterpillar, dealers, and key end-user personnel.
The incumbent must be willing dive into equipment management, related to engines, gensets, and other new Oil & Gas technologies equipment.
Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
- Develop Fleet Wide Scheduled Planned Maintenance Program
- Coordinate with Key Account Schedules for Maintenance and Overhaul Programs / Activities on an as needed basis
- Develop and Generating Standard Overhaul Parts Consist
- Develop and Generate Time Requirement Guide (TRG) for Planned / Overhaul Program
- Coordinate Parts Requirements with E&T Purchasing, LPSD, and Cat Dealers
- Prepare standard written reports of recommendations for customers and their Caterpillar dealers on a monthly basis
- Build collaborative relationships & acts as a consultant with equipment management personnel
- Provide feedback to the analytics development team where improvements / enhancements are needed
- Provide feedback from dealers & customers to development and implementation team for product enhancements
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering from an Accredited university or equivalent experience
- Strong customer service / contact experience, communication, multi-tasking, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office tools.
Travel : Less than 25%
Top Candidates Will Also Have :
- 2+ years of experience with rotating equipment.
- 2+ years of experience in product support and / or engineering in Well Service or Gas Compression.

Maintenance Planner
Essential Functions :
Howmet’s Houston Extrusion Plant focuses on converting specialty metals into value added extrusions for the aerospace and defense industries.
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating maintenance personnel and resources to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks and providing subject-matter expertise for various systems and machines related to repair, modification, and operational proficiency.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Converts work order requests into actionable work orders
- Assigns work orders to technicians with input from Maintenance Manager
- Generates unplanned work orders to address equipment issues as they arise
- Maintains and files completed work orders and validates completion with manager
- Replenishes inventory by generating requisitions, requesting receipt upon delivery, and reconciling invoicing for completion
- Receives and logs inventory into Asset Essentials
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of parts cage, consumable bins, and chemical storage areas
- Coordinates shipment and receipt of components for rebuild / overhaul
- Generates inventory reports and PM% completion reports
- Schedules and coordinates on-site contractors for tasks requiring outside maintenance support
- Receive contractors as they arrive on-site and present defined site safety requirements
- Enter requisitions, requests receipts and reconcile invoicing for completion for all outside services
- Ensure work is in compliance with of all site safety policies including lockout / tagout
- Trains other personnel as necessary
- Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment
