We are seeking an outgoing and polished office coordinator / receptionist to join our close-knit Houston team. In this role, you will cover a diverse array of responsibilities supporting our facilities, people, and one-of-a-kind culture.

You will take on the following responsibilities :

  • Crafting a warm reception environment, which provides an outstanding first impression for interviews and interviewees, as well as a positive atmosphere daily for our employees and guests
  • Contributing to an engaging workplace environment by planning and managing company events such as Holiday / Summer parties, game nights, monthly lunch, happy hours, etc.

  • Coordinating meetings, talks, presentations, training and learning events, including setup and cleanup
  • Assisting our office manager in various building and office management duties (interacting with vendors, stocking supplies, sending packages, etc.
  • Research and visit local restaurants and event venues nearby, as well as stay on top of local current events and happenings
  • Receiving deliveries and packages

You should possess the following qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and superb follow-through. Ability to accommodate a strict 8am start time
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and Google Gsuite tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • A collaborative approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a friendly, but fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Duties and Tasks) :

  • Collaborate with business accounts & internal stakeholders to create a seasonal / yearly forecast for both sales and receipts for customer accounts.
  • Collaborate and communicate with sales leaders, customers, and internal and external suppliers to manage customer expectations and to achieve customer satisfaction.

The Cat Oil & Gas and Marine Division currently has an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Maintenance Planner - Power Systems Segment located in Houston, Texas.

As a Fleet Maintenance Planner - Oil & Gas Division at Caterpillar, you will develop a comprehensive maintenance and repair plan meeting specific contractual commitments related to equipment maintenance, sustainability, and financial performance.

The position develops and implements fleet wide maintenance schedules to include preventative maintenance for cutting edge Oil & Gas technologies.

The position also has report out responsibilities to both the key account and internal stakeholders on contract performance and key performance indicators.

The incumbent will support the Reliability Engineer and Fleet Manager in achieving alignment of various parties at Caterpillar, dealers, and key end-user personnel.

The incumbent must be willing dive into equipment management, related to engines, gensets, and other new Oil & Gas technologies equipment.

Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

  • Develop Fleet Wide Scheduled Planned Maintenance Program
  • Coordinate with Key Account Schedules for Maintenance and Overhaul Programs / Activities on an as needed basis
  • Develop and Generating Standard Overhaul Parts Consist
  • Develop and Generate Time Requirement Guide (TRG) for Planned / Overhaul Program
  • Coordinate Parts Requirements with E&T Purchasing, LPSD, and Cat Dealers

Basic Qualifications :
