OVERVIEW :

SharkNinja, a multi-billion-dollar consumer products company, is seeking a Demand Planner for its NA business. This role can be based in Atlanta, Massachusetts, Minneapolis, the Demand Planner role is responsible for delivering a highly reliable forecast and driving speed to insights in order to deliver the best service to our customers at the lowest cost.

This role is also responsible for identifying opportunities for process and tool improvement; this role may be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive business results by conducting demand forecasting and analysis based on historical data, market trends and customer inputs.

Identify anomalies in forecasting model and make recommendation to improve forecast quality.

  • Partner with Commercial Sales and Finance to gather relevant data and incorporate it into demand planning process. Maintain demand planning model & tool, utilizing statistical techniques and software applications.
  • Collaborate with Supply Planning team to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Assess demand risk and opportunities, provide recommendations for mitigating risks.
  • Be part of the transformation by partnering with leadership to develop and lead implementation of supply chain planning process to future improve the supply chain and drive enhanced planning maturity.

Develop a culture of accountability around maintaining key supply chain inputs that reflect actual performance as it exists in the current state.

Job Summary :
