The Role We're Looking To Fill :
You will thoughtfully connect with owners, administrators, and key decision-makers by making in-person sales calls and prospecting in your sales territory with the key goal of offering some of the best supplemental benefits plans in the industry to them and their employees.
Your primary daily responsibility will be scheduling individual or group presentations with owners and their employees, completing the presentations, and closing sales with clients.

POSITION SUMMARY :
This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing the Jacintoport International Facility mobile equipment fleet, which consists of various types of combustion engine and electric powered equipment to include, but not limited to, forklifts, container handlers, yard trucks, pick-up trucks, golf carts, and all their related components, within the Mechanic Shop Department.

QUALIFICATIONS : Required
Required
- Six (6) months of experience in equipment maintenance & repairs programs for electric, diesel and / or gas powered equipment, including forklifts, container handlers, yard trucks, pick-up trucks, golf carts and or cranes.
- Must have the necessary basic hand tools for the maintenance and repair of electric, diesel and gas equipment.
- Must have experience and ability to use common hand and power tools.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak Basic English.
- Must have the ability to function effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented work environment.
- Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees.
- Must be able to work (flexible hours) extended hours including nights, overtime, weekends and holidays.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Primary
- Perform routine PM (preventive maintenance) service on gas and diesel engines and on fuel, brake, and transmission systems to ensure peak performance, safety, and longevity of the equipment (oil changes, filter changes, fluid checks, etc.)
- Remove and replace parts with minimal supervision
- Correct equipment deficiencies by adjusting equipment components to manufactures specifications using provided maintenance manuals or direction from shop foreman or others with qualified information.
- May assist other mechanics in performance of duties or work independently.
- Maintain a clean work area, free of debris or safety hazards and maintain an awareness of surroundings (i.e. vehicles, equipment, etc.) at all times.
Secondary
- Assist in identifying and ordering parts.
- Manually track times spent on maintenance jobs and enter on the job order, and provide information to the shop supervisor or shop coordinator for system entry.
- Assist in fueling operation as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Entry Level Operator
SUMMARY
This person is a member of a production crew that operates two production lines. You will work with your shift to safely produce high quality product in a fast pace continuous operation environment.
Expectations for an entry level position include cleaning, painting, general plant labor, covering employee vacations / call outs, and the ability to train up to a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Operator.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Plant and Environmental Safety
- Lives the Owens Corning safety standard and meets all the safety conditions. Safety is a requirement of employment.
- Take personal ownership to work safely and hold other team members to the same high standards of safety
- Notify supervisor immediately of any accident, near miss or on- the -job injury when it occurs no matter how insignificant it may seem.
- Participates in the safety, quality, autonomous maintenance, TPM and housekeeping programs as established within the plant;
including but not limited to Focused Improvement Events, Safety Committee, Training, etc.
- Performs job tasks to reduce environmental impact and adheres to the environmental regulations and recycling procedures for waste disposal.
- Complies with all plant rules and safety regulations.
- Performs cleanup duties at workstations and / or equipment / machinery.
- Communicates safety concerns and / or equipment problems / abnormalities to appropriate personnel, maintaining strong communication with the appropriate line section operators to ensure immediate action is taken for product out of spec.
- Inspect vehicles before use and throughout shift, keeping all equipment clean and operational.
- Participates in plant TPM initiatives - completing activities associated with TPM tasks (adheres to CILT standard, 5S).
- Continues to use TPM methodology to gain a better understanding of the equipment.
- Identifies and participates proactively in learning opportunities and develops expertise in those areas.
- Utilizes Focus Improvement tools to problem solve.
- Works to achieve zero injuries, zero defects and zero losses.
- During PM days, uses time effectively to bring equipment to optimal condition for zero losses.
- Maintain DM and Step Boards.

- Perform quality checks (length, silicone transfers, thickness, widths, telescoping, weight, bonds)
- Interface with plant employees to provide quality control information
