What you’ll do : Canvass solar ready neighborhoods, generating appointments to discuss solar adaptive home products Meet in person with homeowners, sharing information, answering questions and providing excellent customer service through the full sales process Meet productivity metrics including contacts, meetings and sales goals What you need : Reliable Transportation Tech Savviness - you’ll use a tablet to track activity Minimum of 1+ year of Customer Service, Sales or Canvassing Experience An umbrella and love of the outdoors - you’ll be canvassing in neighborhoods within a 50 mi.
Radius of Houston (mileage reimbursement plan) Ability to pass pre-screening requirements *Previous experience in Retail, Retail Sales, Food Service including Bartenders, Servers, Hosts is welcomed but not required.

Entry Level Sales
Job description
Here at Gritstone we are seeking to fill a full-time Entry Level Sales role. As we continue to expand we find we are in need of an addition to our team that can aid us in coming through for our clients sales targets as well as providing an excellent experience for their customer base.
Qualifications :
- Associate or Bachelor degree for full time (or minimum 2 years relevant work experience), or must be currently enrolled in school for internship
- Be able to reliably commute daily to our office
- Excel in a team environment
- Great communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- 1 year+ customer service experience (preferred)
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
- Aligns with our company core values (listed at bottom of page)
Responsibilities :
- Territory and lead management
- New customer acquisition
- Daily sales and business development meetings
- Conducting sales presentations with client's customer base

Interview Process
We conduct 3 rounds of interviews at Gritstone, including an initial phone screening with our HR team, an in-depth second round interview (in person or over zoom), and a final interview over the phone with our hiring manager.

No experience needed; we are just looking for hard working individuals looking to put their foot in the door of a world class company.
This is a commission based job, and an entry level sales rep can expect to work 4-6 hour shifts 5 days a week. The average entry level professionals earns 2000-4000 a week in commission.
