Job description
Here at Gritstone we are seeking to fill a full-time Entry Level Sales role. As we continue to expand we find we are in need of an addition to our team that can aid us in coming through for our clients sales targets as well as providing an excellent experience for their customer base.
Qualifications :
- Associate or Bachelor degree for full time (or minimum 2 years relevant work experience), or must be currently enrolled in school for internship
- Be able to reliably commute daily to our office
- Excel in a team environment
- Great communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- 1 year+ customer service experience (preferred)
- Salesforce experience (preferred)

Responsibilities :
- Territory and lead management
- New customer acquisition
- Daily sales and business development meetings
- Conducting sales presentations with client's customer base

Interview Process
We conduct 3 rounds of interviews at Gritstone, including an initial phone screening with our HR team, an in-depth second round interview (in person or over zoom), and a final interview over the phone with our hiring manager.

Responsibilities
include design and production of architectural construction documents, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for any size project;
coordinating with multi-disciplinary in-house team members and sub-consultants; and working closely with clients and contractor / developer design / build partners. Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following background :
- Bachelors or master’s professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited college or university
- Architectural internship experience
- Ability or desire to pursue licensure preferred
